Delivery driver today calls me as he is pulling in. He never had to get out of the car bc i was out in the yard already. I DID NOT give him a tip. I've ordered from this restaurant plenty of times and they always call so they won't have to get out of the car to ACTUALLY DELIVER THE FOOD!!! The driver had the nerve to ask me did i forget something (his tip) literally asking me for a tip as he sits in his car. So no, i won't be ordering from this chinese restaurant with their lazy "delivery" drivers. The ones that come to this address, they ALL do the same LAZY thing. I ALWAYS tipped the drivers despite their laziness when they don't come to the door. This was my FIRST time not tipping one of their drivers! Delivery means you walk up to the door, ring or knock. I ordered from this place for many years but NEVER AGAIN. I ordered online and gave the suggested 10 percent tip. Paid with PayPal. This is literally 8 minutes away. The delivery guy started pounding at my door and ringing my bell like crazy. I opened the door and said Thank you. He was angry and said "is that all the tip you are giving me, you have to give me more. I came very very far." I was tired and just added another 10percent. He then said I had to give him cash because I did not pay for my food. This turned into a a yelling match. He would not give me my food. I walked out, yanked the bag from him and slammed my door shut. He was trying to steal cash from me!!! This was already PAID! Victim of the pandemic supply chain or poor quality control? This used to be our go to for great Chinese food years ago but over the last couple of years it has deteriorated in quality. The staff is very friendly and It is very easy to order online. Some of the food is still delicious but other things especially the chicken dishes seem to suffer from poor quality chicken. The General Tao’s dish especially has been impossible to eat as most of the pieces seem to be an edible. They are all very small and too tough.
