Get Air Trampoline Park — Attraction in Freehold Township

Had an amazing experience here yesterday.

I Originally booked a party at the PUMPITUP (Freehold location) and it was cancelled due to it closing down for the snow day.. (January 29th, 2022)

I rescheduled the party for Saturday February 12th,2022. When we arrived (with all 12 party guests) PUMPITUP staff stated that there was nothing in the system for my daughters 5th birthday.

I booked in advance, I spoke with a male that even sent me an email confirmation…

Long story.. check PUMPITUP Freehold location REVIEWS for that horrible experience/service…

My boyfriends sister called GETAIR and they said first come first serve, YES they could take everyone but it won’t be the party package….

We immediately drove 6 minutes down the road and arrived at GETAIR. We were greeted by a young male and female. They were helping us with filling out the waivers and getting us our socks. It was very CLEAN and pretty empty (11:30am).

There were parties booked back to back ALLDAY long.

We spoke with the manager CHRIS and mentioned the horrible service and experience we had at PUMPITUP.

My daughter was turning 5 and PUMPITUP screwed up so badly, she wasn’t able to have her Cinderella themed party there!!!

Anyways, We met manager Chris, explained the situation and he looked on the list of all the birthdays and saw an open timeframe from 1:30pm-2:15pm. Chris mentioned he can let us cut a cake in the back area for my 5 year old daughter. He mentioned to just make sure we clean up afterwards and strictly 30 minutes. We took this opportunity to make the best experience for my daughter. My cousin and brother in law ran to get a cake and cupcakes from shoprite and my boyfriend ordered a few pies/chicken fingers & fries.

At 1:25pm, we were able to get the room set up and sing happy birthday to our little girl.

Thanks to Manager Chris for the incredible experience. My daughter didn’t even know what was going on but she will remember her 5th birthday experience for the rest of her life, thanks to a manager with EMPATHY.

We tried giving Chris a tip, as a thank you. And he didn’t accept it.

To him it was not a big deal but to a 5 year old little girl, it meant the world.

We are truly grateful for the experience we had at GETAIR!!! We will be highly recommending our 12 guests that enjoyed GETAIR for their future parties.

There are still great people in this world.

Manager Chris exceeds...

Went there with my daughter of 3 years old. and we were playing near to basket area , (b4 the big square that separates the basket area from the jump area) because had nobody over there playing and I was playing in front of my daughter and she was at the last jumping square , behind of her was the “ side walk” .. so everyone who was coming towards us “ had” to pass over me to “ hit” my child. So the kid who works there approached me and said we couldn’t stay there Bc of my child’s age but we could play in the basket court ( where had 5 boys bigger that my child playing , kicking the basket ball etc) I said to the guy “ the chance of she being hit is greater there where had those kids than here where had nobody.. and also nobody told that I couldn’t play over here where I at with her .. so went to talk to the manager , guess what ? The manager was the one who sold me the tickets me and didn’t mention that I couldn’t play in the area where I was . So he said I had to go to the kids area or to basket court ( where had the boys playing ) . I told him that he sold me the tickets(4 me and my daughter) and he didn’t say anything about that .. and if I go to the kids area I couldn’t play with my child and where I was with her she couldn’t play Bc of her age. I confronted him saying I was over 40 probably double of his age and I was very aware about the security of my child .. that place I was b4 ( b4 the big square ) had no jump place behind of us .. and I was in front of my child and mathematically the chance of she being hit there was lower than the basket court where those 5 big kids were. And the kids area had so many lil ones and she was bigger than some of ones there and some of the bigger kids were running through the area .. again chance were higher of she hitting someone smaller than her or of being hit for someone bigger who was running through the kids area ... and I couldn’t play at all with her over there . . After that , he didn’t give my money back as I had requested ( at that point I was letting my daughter plays by her self ) . So be aware of that .. if you are planning to play with your child and it is a toddler you WONT be able to play with it and they WONT tell you until you have bought...

Kids 8,9,10 loved it!! First time there and will be back! Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and not over bearing. Check in was easy. If looking for staff supervision, this is not the place. They ultimately let you be free and play accordingly. If you have a child who doesn't follow rules or needs reinforcement, this may not be the place as they do not have staff at each trampoline area. Place could use update on snack bar as options are limited. As well. They could use a deodorizer but like many trampoline places, smells like sweat and feet. However. Price, Cleanliness and overall fun can't be beat!! Be sure to check on line deals for GREAT savings!!

Follow up.. had my daughter's 8th birthday this past weekend. I will say THEY MUST work on their customer service and PROMOTE ROB SELLER!! Despite booking 6 weeks in advance the glow party package and calling/emailing multiple times prior to event, I only spoke to some 4 hours before event because I called to inquire on final head count and additional pizza.

Get there the 15minutes early as suggested, party ro not ready, did not have additional pizza ordered. Rob, was on duty duty very apologetic but assured will rectify. Saw party 'hostess' who was only seen and helpful when end to check up the bill Seemed tired, over worked and not interested. Halfway through jumping, realized the glow aspect was.not happening. Again, when I inquired Rob informed at that time, glow was not available and acknowledged paid more for that package but was out of his control. Understood but was irritated that no one called to advise as all patty favors and outfits were glow related..bummer Kids and family or all.ages had a ball and most importantly birthday girl was jumped out!! Pizza was tasty, had to remind hostess for plates,napkins,cups and juices ordered multiple times. Thank god for friends and family that helped out.

End of party, Rob came to me and my husband and apologized separately and compensated the chaos of the evening!!

Defintely will be back BUT KNOW NOW IF HAVING A PARTY, RESERVE IN PERSON AS HEADQUARTERS IS OUTSIDE OF NJ AND APPEARS CORPORATE NEEDS TO HIRE/PROMOTR ROB SELLER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...
