So disappointed in the customer service and the bouquet I had ordered. I called in the morning and they took my order and told me it would be ready at 11:00. I get there around 11:10 and they ask my name and then the person walked away....about 5 minutes later I asked if someone could help me because I had paid over the phone and was supposed to be able to just run in and grab them. Another women comes out and says it will be 5 minutes they had a large last minute order so they didn’t make my order yet. And was visibly annoyed that I was even questioning this. Meanwhile behind her I see the original women I spoke with throwing some flowers in a vase and a few minutes later comes out and hands it to me. It was not at all what I expected and was honestly a little embarrassed to give it to the person they were meant for. I asked to speak to the owner and she pointed to her. I explained that I could not believe the customer service and that someone should have nicely explained and or apologized when I got there. I would have patiently waited. My family has been using Especially For You florist for as long as I can remember. Now I always order floral arrangements from them for birthday, anniversaries, holidays, special occasions, and on the rare and unfortunate occasion - passing of loved ones. However, when it was time to place a large order with them for my engagement party this Friday they exceeded my expectations. I needed 12 centerpieces for my party and totally up front with them about how i did not want to spend a lot of money on them and wanted to go the most inexpensive route possible. We brainstormed an idea and placed the order. A day or two after I just hated what we had brainstormed and wanted to change up my vision to something else. They did not huff and puff about me changing my order which I really was thankful for. I didn’t want to be a pain by changing my order but they assured me that it was fine. We changed the order and i was thrilled with the final outcome. Flowers were delivered to my venue earlier than anticipated which was lovely. 10 stars for especially for you! My husband called up & asked for pink baby roses to send to my 6 yr old niece for you birthday as we live in Florida and can’t see her in person. He was shocked when it was $60 + $20 for delivery but I assured him that’s the price for roses. The person on the phone did throw out adding white and yellow and he said that was fine.

This arrangement would have cost us $12 at Publix down here, which is their 3/$12 arrangements. We are disappointed because we thought it would look nice in her pink and white room for her birthday. I mean we understand filling with some other cheaper flowers but there are no roses and nothing is pink which is her favorite color.

If you order from here make sure to not call in because they’re either not good listeners or didn’t take good notes for the floral designer…I would order online to ensure your bouquet is what you want. But the process was easy ordering...
