First, he does all of the work in front of you, which made us feel very comfortable. It is always a bit nerve wracking when dealing with a new jeweler, but Charlie earned our trust right away. A few weeks ago my daughter asked me for "something old, something borrowed" to wear at her wedding. I said, let's go to my jewelry box, maybe there's something you'll like. I found 2 rings my dad had given me but were in need of repair. I brought them to Charlie.
