I had the opportunity to meet a young man named Eduardo Sanchez after he started as an employee for Straight Shooters. He is an excellent salesman who is very knowledgeable in every facet of the different items sold. I travel to Straight Shooters once or twice a month from Iowa Colony, Texas. I purchase many items from Straight Shooters every year. Eduardo has become my go to man for all my purchases. The clerks are usually friendly enough but there's been a few times you want to tell them to take the Customer Service 101 course again. Understandably, they have guidelines to go by but no need to be short and abrupt in nature. The merchandise they have to offer is all top notch especially the jewelry selection. The store is well maintained and clean. There's both a parking lot and street side parking. There is wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. No restrooms of course. The only other issue is that they sometimes close maybe 10 min early which is irritating, to say the least, if you hurried to try to beat closing time. Just bought a laptop from here it was on before we bought it. Got home used for 5 minutes went to plug it up and realized the charger outlet on the computer was half way busted tried to move the cord around and see if it worked it started to spark and smell like burning plastic. I called and they said that they could look at it but might not not be able to exchange it because apparently it was not broken when it was sold to us.
