First off, the way the phone was answered was very short, harsh and definitely not professional at all. I called today to see if they took appointments, as they used to in the past. Was rudely told NO, it’s a walk in clinic. I said I understand that but you used to in the past and it kept the time there to a minimum if you had one versus just waking in. I was sent home from work for chest pains and harsh breathing. Went in waited for about 2 hours in the waiting room. Another hour after they put me into the examining room. Ran an EKG and a breathing treatment. Still had no idea what was wrong. Then I asked if they recommend I stay out of work. Said they would write the note. They did not. Good experience. I was traveling in the area and needed medical attention. I simply selected the closest urgent care that was open. I called ahead because I would arrive 15 minutes before closing. They told me I could be seen as long as I arrived before closing, and I was. Everyone was very nice. The facility was clean.
