They broke a very expensive 18kt gold chain and told me it broke becuz it was weak. They offered me 1/3 of what others offered and refused to repair what THEY BROKE!! That place will burn up in flames or their home for their deceitful practices. Karma will prevail. Such a sad and pathetic business operation. They should have fixed it and at least apologize for breaking my chain, but they did neither to merely accuse outside factors for their own lack of care in handling another's merchandise! Deserve 0000...ZERO...
