Always double check if your order is actually correct. Also be advised if you are looking for FAST food, this is NOT the place to go. I don't eat Taco Bell myself but pick up food here for my boyfriend sometimes. When I ordered inside the restaurant because the drive-thru was horribly long, the cashier had to be reminded by the cooks to switch over from the drive-thru window to the line of people in store. Nobody apologized for my having to wait several minutes without even being addressed each time they walked by. If I had done that when I worked retail, I would have been fired. You acknowledged customers by letting them know someone would be right with them. After finally ordering, I waited over 10 minutes and saw people who ordered after me get their food before me. I stood right by the front counter, watching for my order the entire time but my number was never called. I approached the counter to address the issue as none of the workers did when the lines died down, even though they saw me still just waiting around. Come on common sense!! And you demand a wage that's only $3 less per hour than my boyfriend who has to wear a bulletproof vest at work everyday! So turns out it's this bag that's been sitting on the counter and they swear up and down they called it out several times but neither my name nor order number were called out. Another entirely different name with only 1 syllable (mine has 3 so nothing alike) was called multiple times but the cashier even had to ask my name and order a couple times. So if nobody is claiming that food, why not try caking or the number instead of just repeating the same name nobody is responding to?? So I have to ask the food be remade. I'm not given any apologies. In fact, the employees act irritated that now that the rush has slowed down, I'm interrupting their "down" time.
Then going through the drive-thru today, we waited well over 10 minutes without even moving. We can see the car at the window and they have not received anything in all this time. Upon finally getting up to the window, my boyfriend asks how long his food was just sitting around because it's barely warm. They admit 3 minutes so we ask to speak to a manager. Because cars are piled up behind us now, we don't want to take up more time but alert the manager to the problem. It seems universal across fast food chains if the food is not ready, you have that car pull ahead and any employee ruins the food or when finished because this is the exact problem that comes about. For the inconvenience we were given 3 coupons, 2 of which were...

For my family, Taco Bell is a go to place for fast food restaurant. If there is no option and looking for a quick meal. We've been frequenting our local Taco Bell for years, drawn in by its affordability, deliciousness, and customizable healthy vegetarian options.
One of our all-time favorites is the Bean Chalupa. This slightly fried tortilla shell cradles a warm bed of refried or black beans, topped with fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese (we don't prefer sour cream). It's a satisfying and flavorful vegetarian meal, perfect for anyone looking for a lighter alternative to meaty options.
Another family favorite is the Crunchy Wrap Supreme. This iconic dish packs a punch of flavor with its black beans for vegetarians, nacho cheese sauce, lettuce and tomatoes (no sour cream again), all wrapped in a warm tortilla and topped with a crunchy tostada shell. It's a flavor explosion and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser with Fire Sauce of course.
Replacing the beef with black beans in any item is a breeze, allowing us to customize our meals to our liking. Plus, their new addition, the Spicy Potato Taco, is a vegetarian delight. The crispy potato bites are seasoned to perfection and paired with creamy spicy sauce, making for a satisfying and flavorful bite.
Beyond the food, Taco Bell offers a casual and friendly atmosphere, even though we prefer to get to-go. The service is usually fast and efficient. Overall, Taco Bell is a great option for families looking for delicious, affordable, and...
Read moreOrdered food at the drive thru, Indian man was friendly and professional.Moments later, I had to go inside to use the restroom. I could not sit down and enjoy my food in peace to eat in my car until using restroom. An employee on his break sitting down and eating saw me standing at the counter and politely asked me how could he assist me..I told him I had just ordered food thru drive through and needed to use restroom he immediately informed an employee ( which he didn't have to () He explained to the short squatty older lady behind the counter I needed to use the restroom . A few mins pass and she asks me can she help, I told her I just went thru drive thru and need to use the restroom room . She told me *Wait, I waited well over 5 mins and and during that time I saw 4 other people enter Taco Bell that she abruptly conversed with and told them wait in a harsh rude manner, she NEVER attempted to allow me access to the restroom, instead another young lady allowed me access using a special key after waiting too long. ( Seriously, it could have only taken under 10 seconds to open the restroom door and 10 seconds or less to walk back to the counter even walking slowly shouldn't take longer😑
Mgmt please have a talk to that unprofessional, So called employee, ( Better yet hire someone that has Great customer Service skills , appreciates their job and remembers to treat ☀️customers respectfully ,,,instead of telling everyone that comes through the door wait* that is rude to many customers and dislikes their job...
