I walked in to buy some tops/salwar sets that are comfortable for my dance class. I asked the guy at the front if he can show me some tops and he was very hesitant. I then asked him if he can show me some dress materials since i found out they had a tailor on site. He told me to come back at another time when there are less people. I don’t live nearby so I told him I could only come back at around the same time the following week. He said it wouldn’t work because other people are buying more expensive clothes and they can’t spend time on my simple clothing during their busy hours. I don’t understand why they have simple clothes if they’re not willing to sell them. If they’re trying to maximize profits, they could’ve setup appointments for consultation instead of choosing customers that buy expensive clothing and turning others away. Read moreHi, I got a gift(Lehenga) for my birthday. The cost of which was $275. As it was not fit to me, I called owner to exchange. They said yes you can come but they didn’t mention about they don’t have bigger size and even alteration will costs extra bucks. I went all the way from Livermore to Fremont, they said they don’t have bigger size and tailor is on leave today and it will costs extra again. After calling back once I reached home, I told why you didn’t mention that you don’t have bigger size I would’ve wasted my time and gas. He started blaming you crumpled the lehenga very badly , that being said I haven’t even tried lehenga looking blouse is not fit. Very Unprofessional way, I am really very upset with this behavior. Request everyone to check their customer policy first & then...
Read moreI had the strangest experience here while looking for a bridal outfit. Came into the store after seeing it in the shopping center. The two people working there looked at us & didn't say a word. My mom & I looked at the few clothes on display by the door for a couple mins before the woman finally came over & asked what we were looking for. I told her & she said I needed to make an appointment, so I said, "ok" & left because the short interaction was very rude. No greeting, no kindness in their words, no professionalism. No customers were even in the store, so they can't take a walk in or just show me a few outfits? If no one's there, may as well try to make money off of a walk in than turn them away. Very...
