We was trying to pick out my band for my ring and the blonde that was working with us every band I looked at she kept saying it wouldn't work because the curve of my ring especially the one I really liked. After 30 minutes another couple walked in and she literally walked away from us to help them. And never come back and we fully intended on buying something that day. So needless to say we left. A month later we walked into the kays in Sandusky I showed the woman the one I fell in love with and was told it couldn't be done in Fremont and she said it absolutely could. Any of the bands can be put with the ring I had. I would never go back to the fremont one every time I had been in there previous it wasn't good experience it more of convince because it is closer for us. Oh boy my experiences in the last month. With multiple trips trying to find a wedding band to match my engagement ring. The feeling of utter defeat after a couple trips then happiness when we finally found not one but two! Fast forward to getting married and I now send my three rings in to get soldered. They call and we go to pick them up. Well two of my rings were there and my third was missing. Let me tell ya. Kelly the manager is amazing. She hustled to find us matching rings. Never had problem at Kay's and have spent thousands till now. When you get warranty for your jewelry from them they have to be inspected every year. Well make sure when using another store to inspect your jewelry they get everything wrote down they claimed my wife wedding ring didn't get inspected but yet all the other jewelry did. Now that we have a issue they will not cover it because someone on there staff messed up the paper work. Never will I spend a dime in Kay's agian. Please beware of the warranty...
