Taco Bell / Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fremont

We went through the drive-thru of a local Taco Bell / Pizza Hut location and it is such a pleasure with five kids that all want something different to eat.

The personal cheese pizza that we ordered was warm and the kids enjoyed it. We did want a second personal cheese pizza and they were out, they told us it would be a 10 minute wait and we just opted for the pepperoni personal pizza they had in place of it. Definitely was not a problem, but I would think they would have two ready to go pretty much at all times.

The breadsticks order that we got had three in it, and I was pretty sure there were four before but I might be wrong. They come with a dipping sauce on the side for those who like it so that's always nice.

For the Taco Bell part of our order we got the cheese quesadilla which was amazing! And for the other things that we ordered everything was just as it should have been, hot and fresh just the way we like it and there were no disappointments there.

The person taking our order through the drive-thru appeared to be a little agitated that we had a larger order, but overall the service we received at the window was absolutely fine.

The location is not the easiest to get through and into the parking lot because it shares an entrance with a local hotel chain, but once you're in there and get your order there's no problems getting to the parking lot.

All in all we would visit again, and we might even go out of our way to this location because both of the restaurants are together and it's a very nice convenience factor for us...

Well, i am not sure on what planet it is acceptable to place a customers food directly on a tray but certainly not this one!! I was not able to eat about 1/3 of my nacho fries because they were placed directly on the tray. One might say, "but the trays are washed." Washed and sanitary are 2 different things. If i washed my jeans but then laid them on a dirty floor, are the jeans still clean? If you wash a tray then stack other trays on top, that left over water/moisture will start to form mildew and bacteria. It is even worse when you lay a clean tray on a dirty counter and then stack it (with the now dirty bottom) on top of a 'washed' tray. It is the same concept when you see the cashier handling money (all money is riddled with bacteria, viruses, germs and can be as bad as a public toilet seat or worse.... same with everyones cell phones) and then goes to prepare or hand you your food without a thorough hand washing. The health department needs to crack down and heavily fine these infractions because they help spread...

I was in the drive thru trying to order. The person taking my order was rude and interrupted me while I was trying to add to my order. They rushed me thru ordering. When I was at the window they handed me my bag, I had to ask for sauce and she tried handing it to me as a handful. I had to ask her to put it in the bag. I don't like being rushed while trying to add items to my order. I am spending my hard earned money and I feel like I'm an inconvenience to the people working.
