Listen, I absolutely L❤️VE Chipotle... But this was, by far, the absolute worst Chipotle experience of my life. An hour before closing, the hot line was so empty (literally only chicken, barbacoa & carnitas available) and I watched the grill guy walk away from the cold, empty, already cleaned grill as they heard me call my parents to adjust their orders. On top of the severely limited protein selection, there was no fajita veggies available AND they were out of guacamole. The previous time I went to this Chipotle, they were out of BOWLS. The level of care & quality as well as availability is SO FAR BELOW Chipotle's standards that I would be shocked to see this location last another year without massive changes. Keep in mind, I used to eat Chipotle 1-2 times a week until I moved up north. I almost said maybe I'm spoiled by so many excellent locations previously at my disposal... But, no... actually, those are called quality standards & it is what is expected by the company. I can almost guarantee the Fremont location is a franchise... and I hope the owners get with the program very quickly because they're singlehandedly destroying Chipotle's...
Read moreAlways tastes fine, but there are some major cons here. Every single order I’ve placed to pickup has been wrong in some way. Usually it’s not a huge deal and can be dealt with, like getting a steak bowl instead of a steak burrito or something like that, but the order I placed today - they made two of the same bowl, totally ignoring that one of the meals was supposed to be a burrito with a different type of meat and ingredients. We live 15 minutes away so it isn’t super easy to just run back quickly and get it fixed. They also were not busy when I picked up, maybe two cars in the lot, so I don’t believe that was the reason it was such a messed up order. There needs to be some quality control out into place here to ensure orders are correct for the pickup. They usually also go very lightly on the ingredients unless you say you want extra. I’m paying quite a bit for what I’m ordering, I want what I pay for, not a half full bowl or burrito. Overall, usually ok but I’m going to have to start checking my orders before I even leave their parking lot, or just go to the Perrysburg location, as to avoid situations like...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS CHIPOTLE. We ordered 2 burritos with the exact same items on both burritos. We ordered a steak burrito, double wrapped with guacamole, extra sour cream, brown rice, black beans, extra cheese, extra corn salsa, and lettuce. Both burritos were made with only sour cream, under cooked rice and black beans on them!!! We were told at pick up that they were out of chips and we would need to request a refund or ask for a refund for the free chips reward online. This is UNACCEPTABLE! ANOTHER terrible experience at CHIPOTLE and we want a refund! But no they want to offer free meals and rewards for future use! No!! We WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
