Burger King — Restaurant in Fremont

My friend and I went through the drive through at the burger king located near the walmart in fremont, ohio. I ordered a number one whopper meal and I said no onions on the whopper and I wanted no salt fries. When I got my meal and I got it home, I found that there were onions on the whopper. The fries also had salt on them and I said I wanted no salt fries. Your employees who are working in the drive through need to be more diligent when they take an order and listen. And obviously that young man did not. The other problem was that my friend wanted to do Hershey pie, and he was very rude telling her that he couldn't do any ad ons. We were very disappointed with the customer service from the young man who was in the drive through taking orders. This Burger King was awesome. I kept hitting the wrong coupon button so it was giving the wrong coupon code. And it would not work in the computer. They're all running the register was so calm cool and Collective and she just kept trying. And she asked me if I could pull up to the window. And when I did she said I'm sorry but we're having a small problem I can't get the coupon code to work in the computer, may I see your phone. After a minute we figured out that once again I had pressed the wrong button for the wrong meal. That would be why the coupon code didn't work. Like always, absolutely terrible food from the Fremont SR 53 Burger King. Ordered 4 sandwiches, the only one that didn't have a hard bun and old nasty dried up condiments on it was the one ordered plain, it was also the only sandwich with any heat, the rest were cold, the fries were so old they had all sunk back into them selves. I can't understand how it took them 15 minutes to serve us all old food except for one plain double cheese burger. I was the only car in line, because the only other vehicle speed of after about 10 minutes of waiting. I don't care how far out of the way other options are I will not go to this...
