Tried this location again, we went in in January 13th around 7pm for my daughters birthday. The hostess sat us right next to where she stands and we ordered. All was well but then another hostess came up and the both stood there, watching us the entire time talking very loudly over our shoulders. We ordered well over 100$ worth of food and didn’t even get half of it ate before I told our waitress how rude it was they were doing what they were doing. She apologized and was kind and I asked for boxes bc I couldn’t eat with someone watching me. We ended up eating at our home. Food was good but probably would have been better if we got to eat it hot when it came out!
2hr ticket time for 4 people. Waitress was nice and kept up on our drinks so it's not her fault, she did great. That kitchen needs to pull it together that's just terrible. Thankfully my 3 kids who were with me were older. That's way too long to make your customers wait even on a busy day. Management needs to come together and come up with a plan on how to handle when it starts getting busy. I can just see a rat race in my mind of that kitchen. So if that means designating certain jobs to people so they don't have people doing everything and are all over the place. Or creating teams to tackle each order. More hands in an order will get done quicker but you still need to designate jobs in the groups. I wont ever be back but for future reference you need to come up with a better...
Read moreThis is a nice Buffalo Wild Wings. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked in here and was seated at a table near the bar. Since I came here around noon on a Tuesday, it was pretty slow. I received friendly service from a waitress who took my order of a lemonade with no ice and the lunch special, which comes with chicken wings and french fries for $12. I got the ten piece wild chicken wings, which comes with the second hottest sauce. The wings tasted pretty good, but the sauce wasn’t as hot as I thought it would be. It tasted like a stronger, hotter Buffalo sauce, and it was still good. The french tasted very good as well, and the lemonade had an ideal amount of flavor. This Buffalo Wild Wings has several TVs playing sports, such as college basketball, tennis, and men’s volleyball. They also have a TV playing trivia. This restaurant is pretty big, having a bar, several tables, a projector, claw machines for kids, and an area to place and pick up to-go orders. Compared to the Sandusky location, this one is much larger and nicer, but the wings at the Sandusky one taste a little better. The bathrooms here are clean as well. I gave this Buffalo Wild Wings five stars because it has good wings and...
Read moreWaitress was rude, we had a party of about 25 and called ahead to make sure they could accommodate us. They had the Bill's so messed up, charging us for things we didn't order. I asked the waitress if she could fix the Bill's and she said no. The waitress said the kids were running around and she just put the orders on different Bill's. I asked why would you do that when you knew our table number and order number. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she would try and find him. 30 minutes went by and the waitress kept trying to hide out. I ended up paying the bills because it was getting late and I was so upset. I called once I got back to my hotel and asked the lady who answered the phone the name of the Manager and she stated she didn't know his name. I explained to her that I was over charged. She told me to hold and she would get him. I sat on the phone waiting to speak to him for 20 minutes. I finally spoke to the Manager Scott, he was rude and said he couldn't do anything for me and then hung up the phone on me. Very rude. I will be calling Buffalo Wild Wings corporate office but I assume that I will get the same treatment as their...
