I wish I could leave a zero review. No where on the site does it say they deliever via Uber eats. Scheduled a deliever for 17:15 (5:15), and it did not get here until 18:30ish (6:30). I had three hangry kids waiting for dinner. I was on the phone for over 40 minutes. In that time, I was able to order Dominos. While on the phone. I ordered, and it was delivered, in the time it took for me to even talk to somebody.
When the Uber eats arrived, it was cold. I had to refuse the order. When I finally talked to someone, it was constant deflection. No ownership of the situation. Provided a partial refund, and hung up on me. If I could give a zero star I would.
I literally do not leave reviews. I never take the situation out on people on the phone. However, the rudeness from this entire company, from the people taking the order, too waiting over 40 minutes, and the fact the person who answered the phone finally blaming “corporate” who she works for, describes this company to a T.
Do not order from here. It is that bad.
For the record, dominos forgot part of my order, offered to run it out to me at that moment. Although I declined, just wanted them to add it to my next order, I appreciated the sense of urgency and ownership. Apology, and willing to fix the problem. I did not want anything free. Our dash driver waited at the store for roughly 90 minutes he stated waiting on our order along with another order he was delivering. He stated there was about 17 employees inside working along with 15 customers waiting on their orders. He stated he talked with 9 other door dash drivers who had been waiting an hour or more who began to reject their deliveries. Due to long wait times and no communication from management. When asked to speak with a manager over the phone when I called to check on my order. I was told they were busy and couldn't talk or provide a delivery time. Total chaos and poor management. Sounds like this location needs to hire their own delivery drivers. Let the door dash drivers take care of the other restaurants in Fremont that will provide a order that is ready for delivery when they arrive to pick it up. Read moreAll the pizza and sauces we ordered was correct to a T. We expected it to be busy so knew we would have to wait a bit for delivery. We ordered at 4pm it was stated that delivery would be at 6pm. At 610pm when order was not delivered we called to try and just get an update of the order. We were on hold for almost an hour. One human answered in that hourish and said can I put you on hold without waiting for an answer. The only reason we hung up is that our delivery was being delivered by doordash, as they do not have their own delivery drivers. This was at 650pm. The Driver stated they had to pretty much fight their way in for orders. Again, we knew this was the opening week, so it is going to be busy, but why would they not have a couple people just to manage the phones to at least talk to people?
