La Michoacana plus Fresno #2 — Restaurant in Fresno

Worst Service and customer service I have ever experienced. My wife and I ordered an order of esquites, tostilocos, and a mangoneada. The esquite was so salty as if they had gave me a scoop of salt. The pork skins were warm and had been sitting a murky water and smelled horrible, penetrated and smelled like concentrated vinegar. Not to mention the pork skins were very long and not cut into smaller pieces. The presentation was horrible.

I came back the next day and asked to speak to a supervisor and the two workers said they could not do anything to improve my experience since there was no management present. The worker stepped to the back and tried calling management but was unable to reach them.

I asked for their names and they would not give me their names nor the supervisors name.

There is no transperency and they are not willing to remediate their own faults in order to provide customer satisfaction.

I asked to see their business license which is suppose to be posted for the public to see and they did not show nor display any food handlers cards for the employees. This is illegal.

Not to mention how filthy this place is! Nothing like their competitor Michoacana Premium who is pristine in customer service, quality, and...

My husband and I had a horrendous experience with the service and customer care at this establishment. We placed an order for esquites, tostilocos, and a mangoneada. The esquites were so salty that it felt like we were eating pure salt. The pork skins were submerged in murky water, smelled awful, and reeked of concentrated vinegar. Moreover, they were not cut into smaller pieces, which made the presentation even worse.

When my husband returned the next day to speak with a supervisor, the workers informed him they couldn't do anything since management wasn't present. One of the workers did try to contact management but couldn't reach anyone.

We asked for the names of the workers and the supervisor, but they refused to provide them. There was a complete lack of transparency, and they showed no willingness to rectify their mistakes or ensure customer satisfaction.

Additionally, we requested to see their business license, which is supposed to be publicly displayed, along with the food handlers' cards for the employees, but they did not show them. This is illegal.

I came here with my family to order some ice cream and stuff. The lady was busy so we didn't mind to wait while we need to look at the menu. When we finally did get to order they were out of nachos which is fine but they charged me for it cause it came with the menu item number one. But the thing that really got to me was when my daughter finally gave her last ice-cream flavor to the lady. She went to the back instead of scooping it into a cup in front of us like you would an ice cream shop. She took about 15 mins in the back while i stood waiting to pay and I see her come from the back of the shop Carrying my daughters cup of oreo flavor ice cream.
