Very bad customer service, I didn't see that sign where it say 15 item or less. I didn't see the self check out associated there either. there were only two register that was open. there was line so I decided to go the self check out, maybe save the cashier a break. When I was about to be finish, the self check out associate appear. Just to me and my younger brother. interrupting our conversation and didn't say excuse me or I am sorry to tell you that self check is only 15 item. Will I told him, that I didn't see that sign, where did they put it. Will I came from the right sides, you guys put on the left side. I didn't see it, I was focusing on checking out. I asked him to call an assistant or a supervisor, he refuse to call either of them. I have to walk to the customer servicer desk in order to call an assistant manger. The guy was name Martin, he didnât identify who he is at first. I was trying to explain, that maybe the should move the 15 item or less sign to the right where customer. Instead of saying I am sorry you didnât see the sign, we could make a sign bigger or another one on the right side where people can see it. Also the self checkout associate should have been there the whole time help and redirected customer. I didnât even finish and the a hole, taunting me by moving the sign inches by inches. I asked why are you taunting me like that. You trying to make me look dumb, I told him that is very un professional. I told him I wanted a store manger or another assistance manger. Martin came back and told me that he was the store manger, I said are you kidding me. First your self checkout associated lie that he was there the whole time and now you. He dear to call the cop on me, wow. First it was your associate and now you. Martin and the self check out needs a better customer service. It shame, I wonât come to this target, I always knew this was a bad store but I just never had any bad experience. My item was only 16 item, one more item the little rule. They could had let me pass and not make any big deal out of it. One more item, really. To argue for 16 item versus 15 time and beside there just us and one more customer. Is not like is pact at the self check out. I do hope corporate can correct this. Respectively there are bad customers and good customers at CS lines during holiday. In all chains of events this location had the exact item on clearance for $4 dollars less.    Read moreIf I can put zero star I would do it because Iâve had the most embarrassing experience at this Target at Shields and First. While we were walking out of the store around 10:25 AM, a security randomly stopped us and pulled my friend aside. The security told us that he specifically needed to talk to her only. He discussed with her that they witnessed her stealing something. They said they âwere certainâ that she had stolen something and put it in her purse. She took out all of the stuff in her bag and there was no stolen item. After that we asked if we can see the footage of where she had put something in her bag. They said that we couldnât see the footage. The security said he was told through his headset that their AP witnessed my friend steal something. They were not being specific whatsoever. The security was being very cocky that she had stolen something. Also the security was being rude the whole time. While we questioned him, he kept giving everyone rude looks. We asked if we can talk to their AP but he said no and continued to give us attitude. We were upset that this had to happen to us out of all days. We didnât get any apologies or anything. The security also told one of my friends who had questioned him that quote on quote âyou canât win this.â Like what is that supposed to mean? We had called the store manager and he didnât say much besides he would talk to the security guy about it. The store manager himself said he couldnât show us the footage because they have âdifferent policiesâ than other stores. I know that other stores like Walmart would pull you aside and show you actual footage of us. He apologized for the incessant but said it like he didnât care. If anything, I would never go to this Target again. Like I had said in the beginning, this was the most embarrassing experience for us. Theyâve given themselves a bad reputation for our eyes now.
