With all the hype going around about this place my family & I just had to try it! A very small sit down restaurant with very few spots to actually sit and eat your food. It can get kinda crowded in there. The service was very good. The cashier was very polite, lots of smiles. I gave her a very specific but big order, maybe even a lil confusing/frustrating (on purpose) & to my surprise she got it all down perfect. The real test was the actual delivery! We waited about 15 min for the food to be ready, which wasn't bad considering how big my order was. I wasn't very happy with how they gave us our food, 2 burgers in 1 box. The burger looked really delicious. Soon as we all took a big bite we all looked at each other and were not impressed at all. For the $60 I spent they could've done a lot better! Lettuce was wilted, a very small tomato, hardly any pickles and without the special sauce the don't even substitute with mayo or ketchup. The actual patty was well seasoned but very dry. I don't think I'll be hitting that spot ever again. I make better burgers at home!...
Read moreBurnt'N Burgers should be the real name of this joint. Highly disappointed and really, much overpriced bland burgers. I was expecting the gold standard, but here, the norm is a cheap-o cubic zirconia acrylic. Just another establishment cashing in on the 'smashed burger' fad. Next year, we will be asking ourselves, what was the big deal about misshapen patties? Absolutely nothing. Wasn't this place a Chinese food take-out for many years? What gives? Such a drastic change of culinary culture. Anyway, the fries tasted like the owner had gone next door to the FoodsCo, and purchased many bags of Kroger frozen potatoes, tossed it into a wire basket, and proclaimed to the bruhs, "Waddup? Our fries are the game-changa that the world has ever played!" Save your hard-earned pesos, and buy yourself something that you do not need to take out a second mortgage on....
Read moreFirst time ever having Smash’N Burgers To Go and I gotta say… It was Fire!!! The burger was made to order, Hot, fresh, and juicy. Fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I got the #2 (Double Smash Burger) that comes with Grilled Onions, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, and Special Sauce… Cheese is extra and You also get ONE complimentary Sauce on the side for your fries as well. In total the cost was $15 for the meal w/cheese but I definitely did NOT feel like it was overpriced for the amount of food they give you. Very good. I definitely will be back. The atmosphere only gets 4 because the area as a whole is a bit rough outside the store but everything else is 5 star. Rebecca was very helpful and the Chef knows what he is doing!...
