I walked up to the cashiers computer and this guy was clocking in or out; he completely ignored me and walked away. Two employees were standing at the drive-thru window just chatting. I know at least one saw me; she completely ignored me. Another employee walked from the back to near the cashiers computer then walked back and she completely ignored me. Three employees completely ignored me; I don't need to explain why this is upsetting. Finally, the employee pushing out the food acknowledged me but by this time I was justifiably upset. He could tell so he ask someone else to "help me" like I was the problem. The supervisor came up and I very clearly told him what was going on. Employees ignored me, not a single one looked at me, said hi, or asked if I had been helped. Standing in front of the cashiers computer, there's no question I needed assistance and the employees chose to do absolutely nothing. The supervisor apologized for their poor behavior. He said he would talk to them and I hope he did. Ignoring customers is clearly unacceptable. I filed this complaint with Taco Bell...

The drive-thru is consistently unreliable. Something is always wrong with the order. After double checking at the order screen to make sure an item is there, in which the screen reads correctly, the receipt was wrong and so was the order. 2 items were different than ordered, I asked for no ice and received ice, and after verifying another item in my order, it was nowhere to be found. They did correct the mistake and I went home.
However, once I got home and started to eat, I came across my quesadillas. They were part of my order and I made sure to verify the Jalapeno Sauce would be on them because it's extremely hit or miss with whether the drive-thru puts the sauce on or not. And to very little surprise, there was no sauce.
Now to address the walk-in service. I go fairly regularly to this location and mix up whether I go inside or to drive-thru. The inside ALWAYS gets the order correct and is ALWAYS in a pleasant mood. This are what keeps the location at 3 stars and not...

This one by far is the WORST. I mean it’s hard for me to explain. They need an Audit so bad. Honestly the management is completely sleeping. I feel like the team members are the ones running the store.
For example I come here on one occasion at 2 pm they’re temporarily closed. Workers are working inside but the store is completely shut down. No holiday no nothing.
Another day they’re out of chicken. Lol
Another day at around 9:24 pm the restaurant is open and full of customers waiting on the line. They said we’re sorry we just closed and kicked us all out. I swear this happened!!! Hahaha
What a joke. I’m done with this location. I hope whoever is corrupt gets busted. That’s only my experience on the few times I came. Not to mention the food is never good here. so imagine what else happened to other customers.
