Kraken Hits is a streaming phenomenon, but not in a good way. I have no choice but to give him a one-star review for the havoc he wreaks upon the streaming community, particularly for aspiring streamers like myself.

Kraken Hits' massive success has turned the streaming platform into a hostile environment for newcomers. His dominating presence leaves no room for fresh talent to shine. The popularity he's amassed effectively drowns out the potential of up-and-coming streamers who are desperately seeking a platform to express their love for gaming and share their unique personalities. His unassailable viewership monopolizes the limited attention span of viewers, and it's nearly impossible for new creators to find their footing in such a saturated landscape.

Worse yet, Kraken Hits has positioned himself as the supposed "face of Pokemon" on the platform. This is a dubious distinction that he does not deserve. Pokemon has a rich and diverse fan base, and it's unfortunate that Kraken Hits, with his single-minded focus on self-promotion, gets to represent this vibrant community. He lacks the humility and empathy to understand the struggles of other, less fortunate streamers, making him an unfit ambassador for the Pokemon streaming community.

As a collective, we, the streaming community, need to encourage diversity and give other passionate individuals a chance to make their mark. Kraken Hits' stranglehold on success in the Pokemon niche has got to loosen. The streaming platform must prioritize fairness and opportunity, enabling new talents to rise and share their enthusiasm for the world of gaming.

In conclusion, Kraken Hits' reign as an overbearing and unwelcome presence on the streaming platform deserves no more than one star. It's high time that we, as a community, come together to restore a sense of fairness and allow new streamers the chance they so...

Started off great on the “what not” app until the picking up my order part of things came into play. Was super pumped to go see the store and get my stuff as it said my order was ready for pick up to only find out it wasn’t ready yet, I was super understanding and said it wasn’t a problem and that I’d come back the next day or 2 because they said they are usually sending and giving orders out a few days after placed due to volume of sales. Totally understood that. Things were fine still at that point. When I returned they were still not ready and one of their guys gave me an email to contact and gave me the phone number to contact via call or text and stated it was his direct phone number. I emailed them almost 5 days ago and have tried to call the number and text it MORE than a handful of times with no response still. As I am writing this review I have called at least 5 times within the hour. All I wanted was to verify if my pickup order was ready and your 24 hour what not isn’t able to answer or help with that.

I get it, you’re busy and backed up and I have been as patient as I can with it. With the amount of $ they probably put towards their overhead cost one would assume they have enough staff to take care of these things and show some decent customer service but instead they are no help once your order is already placed. Kraken hits ya’ll could and should be better. Do your customers a favor and throw the ego away and put more time into customer service.

The what not’s were fun to be apart of but after this fiasco I’m going to go elsewhere from here on out. Let’s see if I still get my package when I go to pick it...

Was a big fan of the whatnot account so I was super excited when I found out the shop was in my state! Made my bf take a 2 hr road trip to visit. When we arrived I was immediately surprised at how little product was actually available for sale. Which was fine. I picked out some singles that I liked (even when the price seemed steep it was my fave stream shop!) the shop owner/worker(honestly couldn’t tell bc there was no “hello” when we entered, no uniform, no ask if we needed help. Just side eyes every so often. The only reason I knew was bc I overheard one talking about being on shift rn) they were too busy playing magic or something. For nearly 30mins we stood there waiting. no joke. clearly waiting for help (which they had definitely noticed.) my bf finally asked if we could look at some singles since they weren’t about to offer/or I guess finish their game anytime soon. They seemed so irritated by the question that I just asked him if we could leave… I have honestly never been more disappointed with customer service. Especially when I was so excited/traveled. Regardless. The more I continued to watch the streams after this experience I realized that, unfortunately, it was just another mindless cash grab situation like a lot of the other streams. with some of the most egregious prices on the app! I guess in the beginning I was blinded by the hope of finding a good...
