Me and best friends booked a session to get permanent jewelry. Everything went well with booking and arriving at the shop. It was very nice and the person who did our jewelry was nice too. However it took longer than expected. Which ran over into the other clients appointment times. She did mention she hadn’t did the permanent jewelry in awhile…which worried me. But she finished it and even offered us 15% off. I was disappointed because my jewelry ended up coming off the same day. One of my friend’s jewelry came off the next two days and my other friend’s jewelry came off in a week. I live in the city but my friends came from Indiana so they can’t book to have there’s fixed. My newly wed wife and I had such an amazing experience with Mary and Wisely Welded at our wedding! I sent her an email a couple weeks before the wedding asking if she could help me coordinate a surprise. My wife and I have gotten permanent jewelry to celebrate big milestones as something we have in us to commemorate! Mary was incredible, she was immediately responsive and went so far out of her way to make it happen. Through insane weather, wedding day chaos and sneaking in to make the surprise, we are still so blown away.

I don’t do reviews, but WiselyWelded is worth leaving a review for. Mary and Kennedy are both absolute sweethearts. Kennedy did mine and my 11 y/o niece’s bracelet at their HQ and really took the time with us to decide what we wanted, fits, etc. When my first bracelet broke the same day I got it and I lost it (two days before I go on an international flight home), Mary was super quick and responsive to get it fixed immediately and offered a few solutions. I was able to come back in and get a new one and I have zero concerns for this one falling off.
