Maivie — Local services in Frisco

We made an online reservation for a small group of friends. We arrived on time and we were asked to wait until people another party arrived. All the host did after the other party arrived was play a video of 5 mins to explain the process. When we asked about the smallest board they have, she said they would not recommend it. We went the next sized board. She brought out the boards and disappeared for an hour as we got to work. She was back in the room once to refill some flowers, she then showed up an hour before our workshop ended, to remind us that we need to finish soon, so she can frame it.

So you spend $5 to reserve your class. $49 for the flowers, and then anywhere from $89 to $109 for frames with additional addons available. Since they wont show you or recommend the cheapest option available, you are paying close to $160 after taxes, with them also asking for a tip. They offer you zero direction or best practices besides the first 5 min video.

We felt that for the class fee, the host could be more friendly and helpful.

From the moment we walked in, the space was absolutely stunning — calm, creative, and filled with the most beautiful florals you could imagine. The staff was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding us through the entire process of pressing and designing with flowers.

What made it even more special was that my husband came along — and he loved it too! He got completely into the experience, and it ended up being such a fun and relaxing date idea for both of us. We left with gorgeous keepsakes and great memories.

The flower class at Maivie was absolutely amazing. We had such a great time creating our masterpieces. The team was super supportive and helpful. There were 15 or so people there and it was so fun to see everyone's finished project - they were all so different and beautiful. Highly recommend Maivie for a fun, creative outing. Although it was a little pricey, we left with a framed piece of art that holds lasting memories, and I can' wait to hang in my house. This would be a great corporate team building event! ...
