Single worst customer service experience of my life - Two extremely old women were running the shop today, besides being unorganized and slow, these women were extremely rude. My children who are avid antique shoppers were treated at thieves. After waiting over an hour for one of these rude women to locate the ONLY key ring for everything in the store and hobbling over to unlock the case, my daughter wanted to hold her necklace and the woman snapped at her about not holding merchandise.Mind you we had already made over $100 worth of purchases, which again, took absolutely forever. Any questions you had at checkout you were treated like a burden or an idiot, mind you while these old women are fumbling with tickets scattered across a messy counter and a freaking iPhone calculator. The store has beautiful items, but it’s not worth being treated like garbage. Honestly I’m still in shock. Horrible...

I’m “drug” into this place at least 3 or 4 times a year to look at things my wife has already looked at and always end up spending an hour looking at all the cool stuff while I note all the future birthday/Christmas gifts that she points out. The owner of the shop is extremely friendly and helpful. I bought two gifts from these guys for Christmas this year and he helped me load both into the truck.
