Tucked away and hard to find on Google or yelp this little gem is worth seeking it out.

Last week we picked up a 2 pound grouper fillet that was terrific.

Last night we got a whole snapper almost 2 pounds for $11.99 a pound. Some Caribbean jerk seasoning five slices on each side through the meat, Himalayan sea salt and pepper, stuffed with red onion and multicolor peppers. Then grilled additional multicolored peppers with red onions on the vegetable grill pan topped with white pepper, sea salt, and Fishermen's Dock (another well-stocked fish market but it’s all the way north on 17 near Kingsley) bay seasoning.

It was absolutely outrageous, fresh lump, meat, moist and scrumptious. Can’t wait for the next one.
