Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Florida

Spent 60.00 for family to eat and we asked for more ranch because we used what they gave us and they said they don't have anymore , then my son told the rude girl at the register he sees a couple containers of ranch on there back counter and she then got the ranch and charged us 1.20 for 2 very small containers with the worst attitude. My wife never says anything but she did this time we will never support charleys in the blanding wal mart ever again they were all on there phone while the garbage was piled high and restaurant was dirty. We can't believe wal mart doesn't make them clean up the place we won't be using the Walmart or charleys ever again untill charleys is gone from the building.. we took pictures to bad can't post pictures here or I would show you the garbage all over the place while there on there phones and being rude to customers......

Let me just say that Charlie’s is a spot that I visit frequently. I recently visited this location and was extremely disappointed with my experience. First of all, the food did not taste the same as it does in the mall. It was bland and lacked any flavor. Secondly, my order was completely incorrect. I had ordered a specific sandwich , but what was brought to me was something completely different. When I tried to explain the mistake to the woman who took my order, it was clear that she was having trouble understanding me. Her English was very poor and it made the entire ordering process frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was subpar and the service was even worse. Have had decent orders in the past, but tonight was atrocious. The meat on the cheese steaks tasted old or "like cigarette butts smell" as my mother put it. The bread was pale, undercooked, and not toasted. The boneless chicken wings were completely dried out like they had been under a heat lamp all day and they tasted off. The side of cheese with the fries was separated and crusty brown at the top. The fries had no seasoning at all. It was just all horrible. Everyone ended up throwing away their food after a couple of bites.

Like I said, I've had okay food from here before, but this was all so bad that I really don't trust this place to have any sense of food safety, much...
