I have been a customer of your company the past few years. I have gotten 2 laptops and one cell phone from your store on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, FL. I came into your store at 1200 on May 21st wanting to get TV. I was very disappointed and let down by the way I was treated.
I entered the store and within a few minutes I can tell your Manager was flustered. The first person to come up to me was a man that treated me was very nice and attempted to help me but the manager pulled him off and had him continue to put together a couch. A young lady then attempted to help me (also very nice and helpful) and I gave her the information on the type of TV I was looking for. The Manager then came up and made a comment about getting something done for her bosses. It was made clear to my that was the utmost importance to the Manager was not helping a customer who wanted to lease an item but the task her boss gave her.
The female employee told me that location did not have TVs I was looking for but was going to check other Jacksonville store to see what they had in stock. I thought she was going to call right then while I was in the store. But the manager took my number and said she was going to call other area stores. I said " I want to get a TV today" Instead of calling stores she just took my number down and said she would call me back. I guess doing whatever task her bosses wanted her to do was more important than a customer that wanted to lease a TV right then and there. I said to my friend; lets go to Aaron while we wait; she then threatened not to call other stores because I said that. I assured her I wanted her to call other stores because I wanted a TV. I told her at least 2 times " I want you to call other stores and see what they have" She then took her female to the back of the store to finish what was so important to her It is now been 2 hours and I still have not gotten a call back from her and I doubt she will. She only had to call the few other stores you have in Jax but she still has not.
I find it very strange that you have a person that has used your services in the past leasing and then purchasing 3 other items and stated wanted a TV today chose to compete a task her boss asked her to complete and after 2 hrs still not reach out to that customer. I seem your company does not value paying customers.

Then he says we will handle this then he proceeds to call me back and state there comming to pick up there tv and ps5 due to a stipulation agreement that was made and remedied the month prior. As a general manager I would expect all the information to be checked and verified before sending and committing on a agreement. Especially when the day before it was talked about and I was told everything was good to go made payment product delivered. So not only did they waste my time my energy but they seem to have a problem with accepting responsibility for there screw ups. I have rented from arons for years and have paid in full multiple times no issues at all. Only reason chose to give buddys a shot was because of a deal they had going on. Guess I see why they have to have deals to make up for poor management skills. Very disappointed even after explaining the reasoning for the stipulation agreement I had 1 time last month with my property managers with evidence of it he still proceed to try and justify this. The first payment was made had product for 2 hours and only was there a issue after I made a complaint. Other issue found were products were suppose to be quote brand new out of the box when products showed up one not a box they ps5 and the tv in a open box missing half it's contents. Huge should out to Stephanie was amazing to deal with and very sweet and nice as far as jack probably should go take a business management class and understand how customer service works as well as double check your work. You guys have lost a good customer and my reasoning for this review is so people know as long as jack is a general manager there wouldn't recommend dealing with buddys. Have a blessed...

Nicole the manager is bringing Buddys down , I will be writing a letter to the president ceo of Buddys. It might not get anywhere. I jave been customer over a year I spend over 600 a month in product. They have one delivery guy that is against the law ... They ask you to help . WOW POOR EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS STORE MANAGER. Natlie is actually very sweet. But she is ran by her boss. I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS UNTIL SHE IS LET GO. I hope her boss is reading this because this will not go away. Than they also take money out when its not under contract. Lawyer says thats a Breech of contract. I am perfect pay never missed a payment unless its there mistake .... Please if your a owner of this Buddys look it up. Than they put an item on my account which I never picked out or even looked at. I think they think I dont look at my account. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUDDYS. PLEASE BE AWARE . I AM CALLING THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE ON BUISNESS PRACTICES, HOW MANY MORE CUSTOMERS THAT CANNOT FIGHT HAVE ISSUES. BUDDYS has picked the wrong one to do this too.......This store is Franchise but no corporate so they can get away with fraudulent things. I hope someone reads this and calls me immediately... This store must be shut down. They are abusing people that cant speak and people that need help. I did not need help I did this as transition for a new house...... Bad choice by me. But best be known , I am going as far as picketing outside the door , so they know this is real........ maybe news people will hear my story as well.
