All the positive reviews about this hair salon are absolutely true. From the moment I walked in I was treated very professionally. I first chose a consultation with Victoria to discuss highlighting with bleach and foils technique. I'm from Michigan and winter in St Augustine so I wasn't familiar with any hair salons here but I had about 3" of dark roots growing out and needed it to be highlighted. I was very nervous about going to a new hairstylist but I trusted my gut instinct about Victoria and went ahead and booked an appointment. I'm so glad I did my hair came out fantastic. The blonde highlights in the root area were perfect, the most important part of the hair to me was the front area around the face which is called the 'money piece' she executed it perfectly! ( as soon as I figure out how to post a photo I will) no matter how many other times I explained to a hair stylist how important that front piece is they never get it right, Victoria aced it. Not only that but she fixed the other off color areas of my hair - I had a lot of brassy/orangey pieces from other hair stylists not letting it process enough, she fixed all that. When she was working on my hair she focused on every single foil, she just didn't go through the motions quickly, every foil counted. I was never rushed through the process, she waited till the last foil had developed to the proper level. I wish I had someone just like her in Michigan. So if you're looking for a new hair stylist and kind of nervous because maybe you've had bad experiences with other hair stylists, do not hesitate to go with her. I have visited the salon on 2 occasions, the first time it was very positive, the Daviness products of very good quality, only the high lights are less shiny and clear but with super careful and shiny hair, the second time I came to a color correction of 4 high lights that had been done before is and they were removed ahead of time and a white spot in the center of the scalp, I made it clear that I did not want to lose the high lights near the face, just correct those 4 high lights that were reddish, put tone and do layers around the face I lost all my highlights I had only received dark dimensions or low light touch root a little dark and tone that darkened my highlights that I had The white spot was not completely corrected as they informed me that I had to come back in 4 or 6 weeks to finish it and do more highlights the layers around the face were not done just cut ends in the end I did not get what I wanted and the agreed price of $150 increased It went to $220 because I supposedly received other non-agreed services which the stylist suggested too expensive for the service they provide and they pressure you to accept in the end you end up paying too much for services that you did not...
