I purchased a HDMI module for a Panasonic display. The policy they have is you must let them know if something is defective in 10 days. That doesn't really help customers who are on vacation. After much troubleshooting, buying other cables it became obvious the unit was defective. Dismantling the unit for the install takes two people. I won't buy anything ever again from this company because they sell shoddy merchandise that they know is defective out of the box. All I wanted was an exchange but they couldn't manage that. BEWARE BEWARE of what you buy when their merchandise is from a reseller, it is likely defective and you'll waste your time troubleshooting and run out of time or just plan to drop all activities to get their shoddy merchandise installed only to not have it work. This was a waste of time , money and labor. Truth be told this is likely a reburb, however, they advertised as new. RUN do not buy from these people with their multiple misrouted e-mails and shoddy...
Read moreI ordered a hard drive and upon opening the package, it was clear that this hard drive was in used or refurbished condition. It did not come in the factory packaging and there were marks on the label of the hard drive. It does not say the item is used or refurbished anywhere on the product web page, and they portray that the listing is for a hard drive in new condition. The price of the item is also the market price for this hard drive in NEW condition. Market price for this drive in used/refurbished condition would be half. I plugged the drive into a computer, and upon inspecting the properties of the drive, it has been used for over 24,000 hours continuously, which is near end-of-life usage. When I call Memory4Less I get directed to a voicemail. I left multiple messages and have never received a call back. I sent them multiple emails and they never reply. I tried their online support chat and the agent never responds....
Read moreThey run an ebay account 'fq-digital-buyer' that scams people. If you read their 'feedback left for others', they have a high rate of returns/refunds/item received damage. Ebay does not allow sellers to leave buyers negative reviews which is why they are at 100% positive. I am a victim of their scam. THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES ON EBAY. They know ebay's customer service is trash and virtually non existent at the moment. Look at what they did to my board that they returned to me. They wrecked my CPU socket. Did they have a child install an incompatible cpu? Did they wreck my CPU socket because I demanded that they return my item? Did they send me a different motherboard? who knows. They did not even return my manual and installation disc. If you have been scammed by them too, either on ebay or from their website, join me in reporting them...
