I was racially profiled at this target in the city of Fullerton by this departments lost provention. I went into this target thinking I was gonna to be fast. I went to the some what hadware area. I pick up a measuring tape, and several tools. I noticed a white guy at the corner of my right eye was wearing black pants and a red checkerboard button up shirt was watching me from around the corner. I didn't think much of him or even who he was. Because the last time I checked security guards are supposed to have a symbol of authority with a uniform. I walked away to the nearest register. Thinking that I got everything I needed I suddenly remember a book I needed. That strange white guy was stairing razors at me when I went to back in that general direction. By the electronics area. I was in front of the book shelf where my book was. Coming behind me is this strange white dude with asking if I needed help. I kindly said no. The he demands I open up my coat. I square up with him thinking this guy is some kind of undercover frat boy. I never knew target did this kind of thing. Again be demands I open up my coat I put the tools and measuring tape on the book shelf and open up my coat. He says where is it? I said wheres what? He shows me a torn open box that must've been in the same aisle I got my tools and measuring tape from. I dont know what the hell that is? In a loud tone voice. He gave up his hunt, judgement and assumptions that I stole from target. I start walking away he said I forgot my tools and measuring tape. I told him he could keep it. As I'm walking out the door I noticed another guy with the same description only younger and about a foot shorter then the first white guy. I go to the customer service area to see if the smaller white guy is fallowing me. I get in line and I hear him say in his Walkytalky hes at the customer service area he looks Native American. That sold me when I heard him say that. I look at him straight in the eyes for about 10 seconds and tell him "nice try!" He looks at me dead scared. I realized not only were those two white boys trying to catch someone stealing from Target, they were going after people like me. I walked out that door and left. I'll never go back to this target again. The two guys weren't trying to justify a paycheck or eve try to help out the store. They were simply trying to get me to be a witness against myself. I thought target was better then that. The proof is in the cameras, but of course why would they want to get caught doing something wrong like racial profiling. Being Native American, I was expecting this would happen at a place I did not want to be or go. But never where I use to like to go shopping. I hope those two get a real...
Read moreThis target is awful and not well organized at all. The employees are rude and unhelpful. I really don’t like this target and don’t think I’ll be coming back I would’ve only gave 1 star but there was one employee who was actually helpful and was the polar opposite from the prior 2 employees I encountered with the same exact issue. I didn’t get there names but one of the employees literally ignored me on purpose because I was calling her over like hey hey hey did you work… and then she like pretended like she didn’t even see me and looked right past me and proceeded to keep shopping her order.. then a second employee who I asked if they worked here responded with yes and I asked for help seeing if they had anymore of a product to which she said oh no if it isn’t there we don’t have it. So I asked her are you sure there’s none in the back?? And she said no I’m sure they already stocked that area(obviously they hadn’t nothing was where it was supposed to go or in it’s proper place)… so then when I get to the customer service desk I asked this lovely young lady named alisa if she could please check on their little device thing to see if there are anymore of the vapor rub I was looking for and she said yes not a problem and she was sorry about my prior experience because literally no one even cared to check for me they just were so sure they didn’t have any. So anyway this lovely young lady came back with not one but 2 more of this product and they did in fact have more in the back or in the store the other 2 just couldn’t be bothered even though you would think they could’ve taken 2 minutes to type 2 words into their little devices and could’ve at least told me there were more in the store… anyway thank you alisa you saved my order ( oh yeah Ps ’m shopping for other customers for a 3rd party app so it would’ve negatively impacted my ratings and income). Avoid this target if you are a shopper on any app if you want to keep good stats or go to the customer service...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to visit the Kaiser Flu Shot Clinic at Target in Fullerton, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, the process was efficient, convenient, and exceptionally well-organized.
The staff at the clinic were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel comfortable and ensured that I had all the information I needed before getting the flu shot. The entire process was quick, and I hardly had to wait at all.
One of the standout aspects was the convenience of getting my flu shot while doing my shopping at Target. It saved me a separate trip to the doctor's office or a clinic. The clinic's location within Target is a brilliant idea, making it super accessible.
I left feeling confident that I had taken a crucial step in protecting my health for the flu season ahead. I would highly recommend the Kaiser Flu Shot Clinic at Target in Fullerton to anyone looking for a convenient and professional flu vaccination experience. It's a win-win situation, and I couldn't be happier with the...
