I made an appointment with this vet and I seen that they were a five star facility. I thought to myself, Hey!!!! if they have five stars they must be really good!!! Well I took my Dog to her scheduled appointment and I arrived a little early hopping they could get us in quickly to see⦠whatās going on with my Dog. Well they got us in early which I was impressed but, when it came down to me talking to them and telling them, Whatās all going on with my dog. One of the ladies that got us in quickly did a awesome job at listening to what I had to say about my concerns for my animal. Which she took some notes for the doctor and once she was done getting some information from me. She told me to site tight and wait for the doctor to see⦠my dog. So I waited for a few minutes then the doctor arrived in they took my Dog to run some test on her and the doctor came back and spoke with me and said that they didnāt find anything and that they needed to do a ultrasound on my Dog. So I left my Dog with them to do the ultrasound. Which they did and they gave me a call and told me that, she had food and fecal matters inside her. Which they said that they couldnāt find anything and that they needed to do it again. I asked them is this going to cost me more money. Which they said no! So they gave me option to pick her back up and bring her back or to leave my Dog with them. So they could redo The ultrasound. Which Iām sure my Dog was in good hands while she stayed overnight at the vets place. For the amount of $750 dollarās . The doctor took the money and ran not giving me a diagnosis of what was actually wrong with her stating that we had to have more procedures done at more costs. They basically robbed me blind and I will never recommend anyone to this veterinarian. Hope they donāt rob you of your money as well. Buyers beware of this place and do not except Their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy dog ate a wooden skewer. I called to bring her in the next day and spent $588 on xrays, blood work, medications, etc. and was told they thought she would be fine in a few days. I felt like that was really a non answer. The next day she was still acting weird, wouldnāt eat much, was acting very lethargic, and then developed a large bump on her back out of nowhere. I called the next day and brought her in again (and spent another $250) for them to once again tell me she would probably be fine in a few days and that the large bump that magically appeared was completely unrelated to the skewer situation and just ābad luck and timing,ā to keep an eye on it but it should go away. The next night the bump ruptured and wouldnāt stop bleeding, we had to take her to the emergency vet and that vet told us immediately without even checking that he thinks the bump on her back is the skewer poking from inside. Sure enough he was correct, the skewer had poked through her stomach through her intestines into her back muscle and she was slowly bleeding out internally. She had to have emergency surgery that was $4000. Not sure how a vet could make such a severe mistake, especially when you had two visits and plenty of information to know she was certainly not okay. I never received any sort of apology or acknowledgement that it even happened and i brought multiple dogs there and have spent tons of money there. The girl Megan was actually extremely rude to me when i called to kindly request my animals records be sent to a new vet. I know Iām just one customer and i donāt matter in the grand scheme of things but itās unfortunate because i enjoyed going there until this. Obviously a lot of people go here and have a very positive experience, but this was my personal experience that i definitely wonāt risk...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMade an 11:00 appt and waited until 11:20 before I finally asked the receptionist when we would be taken back. I was told that they didn't enter my appointment so I was given an 11:20 appt as it was open? We were taken back at almost 11:30. So that's at least a 30 minute wait before being put in the exam room to wait a bit longer. One receptionist deserves a 5, the other a 0. Today was my last visit there. At today's appointment, there was so much hair everywhere, the scales (they have a mat on the scales?), both chairs in the exam room were coated with hair on the back and seat (easily seen on the black chairs), and the exam table wasn't touched. I refused to sit my dog in the hair on the scales so the tech pulled up the mat. When I complained about the chairs the tech also cleaned the chairs. When the Vet came in the exam room I advised I couldn't sit my dog on that mat with all the hair. She looked a bit disgusted with me and explained that it's hard to clean that mat? This tells me that they do not clean that mat very often or maybe at all which is where you are supposed to place your oned one to be examined? I'm asthmatic and refused to sit my dog in so much hair, not to mention it seems to be a safety issue if they aren't cleaning after each patient. Would you sit your child on a table at a pediatric office without it being properly cleaned? After me voicing my concern, the visit was then less than satisfying. It's obvious they don't want anyone to express their need for a clean environment. Spoke to Debbie, the 'office manager', she seemed to be expecting my call and showed very little compassion for my concerns. Cleanliness to me should be top priority as I'm sure there are a lot of sick animals that come to them. Again, I will not...
