I went in today looking for a laptop. I was greeted by Josh. He's helped me many times over the years. We talked about how I've been his customer since the store opened. I told him what I needed in a laptop & he brought out 2 for me to compare. One of them was exactly what I wanted. He then updated my info in the system...I signed a couple of places...and I was on my way. I was in & out in about 15 minutes today. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Josh or anyone at this store, or any of their locations. I am very thankful that I can get what I need from these awesome people anytime I need something . I am severely handicapped & can't always walk or drive...so, they have even delivered my product to me with the papers I needed to sign on a couple occasions. Now, that's going the extra mile, in my book. So, thank you Josh & employees...I...

The customer service was very good when I 1st got my things. I have several accounts with this company and have always made my payment on time. I had a very rude conversation with the manager there and I asked another employee for the district managers number. It has been over 3 weeks now and I still have not received any phone calls, emails, or any feedback. Shows how much they really care. Hopefully this review will get some higher management's attention and we can go over why I am so unhappy on how the manager at the Fuquay location spoke to me knowing I've been a great customer. My recommendation is not to go here. Once my accounts are paid in full I will NEVER shop here again!

I purchased an Ashley Full size bed w/seven drawers, mattress w/ protective cover & a night stand to match! Mrs. Evevette, Iris was a great sales representative! She made me feel like I could rent the whole store! She talked me through the process of different ways to purchase the merchandise if I chose to instead of just renting. Mrs. Everette kept me informed when the merchandise would arrive. Delivery was great! I had the honor of Mr. Josh Jones who’s the GM & Mr. Saul Snell deliver and set up the furniture for me.
