Well first I want to say I have dealt with Aaron's for years I have purchased furniture and a TV that I paid off... So I moved into a bigger place like 5 years later and needed more furniture for another area in my home... So I decided to return to Aaron's... So everything was pretty much the same with the lease agreement but I did notice alot of new faces but anyway I got the furniture delivered everything was fine so about a couple months later I got into nursing school and was late making a payment and they literally called me and harrassed me about that payment so I decided to get it direct deposit when I paid them the next week... And I was told that they wouldn't call me once I do that so I did... Now while I have direct deposit they called me five times the day before my payment to ask me if I was gonna be in and I told them that I was on direct deposit and they said oh OK and again I complained about the constant calls... Told once again that wouldn't happen... So the next 2 months with direct deposit different people called everyday before my bill was do... So I told them to just take me off direct deposit if their gonna continue to call... Well I guess that upset them so when I tell you these people harrassed me every single month with calling coming by my house and everything now today I had 3 payments left and they came and knocked on my door like the police and I paid them off today I will advice anyone to please Never step foot in Aaron's they are rude and very disrespectful and you can't trust them they will add extra payments on your account also so make sure you keep up with your lease agreement if you do decide or currently dealing with them... They talk to you any kind of way have two and three different people call you after you have talked to one person already. DO NOT GO THERE PLEASE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TRUST YOU...
Read moreI will NOT ever purchase from Aaron’s again. Living in Gainesville for over 30 years I’ve dealt with Aaron’s under several different managers and purchase several items. My last agreement consisted of several items that when I’d pay and ask my early payouts or remaining balances I’d be given different amounts from different sales rep. HOW WHEN THEIR LOOKING AT THE SAME SYSTEM!?! As the time gets closer to paying off your agreement balance mysteriously changes occur making ur balance a month or so more. It was very frustrating to me as the customer to beckon on being paid off based on my conversation with the New Accts Manager Tyler then to call and prepare to pay that balance and speak with Vernon who states my agreement balance actually has a larger amount before being paid off! I had to speak to Daniel the store manager regarding that to get it resolved. Then I was left with a washer and dryer agreement that was just about paid off when in Sept I spoke with Tyler again regarding my balance he specified after my Sept payment I’d be down to1.8 pymts. Here it is November and Dylan called for payment to only tell me the same exact amount that Tyler said in September! So needless to say, I paid that amount directly to Tyler(who played oblivious to our previous conversation)and won’t recommend Aaron’s to anyone! Read moreSpoke to Damien on Tuesday so he could add me to the delivery for Friday. Never once during our conversation did he say I needed to confirm my identity prior to a delivery OR I physically needed to be there for the delivery. I even told him I’d be in school on Friday and my brother would be there to greet the delivery men. STILL, never said a word. Now today is Friday and I’m being told that they can’t deliver my washer and dryer due to this issue. When I called Damien (obviously upset) he never once apologized for HIS mistake or did any action to resolve my frustration. He only gave me another delivery date and that was it. The customer service I received after his mistake that costs me now money and time out of my brothers day ( plus 2 hour drive) was horrific. Thank you Damien so much. I appreciate my laundry being up to my neck and now I am forced to wait another 3 days for delivery. Side note: find someone at Aaron’s that has great customer service and can resolve a customers issues and take notes.
