I was referred by a friend. I reached out and spoke to one of the reps who sent me the application. Once I filled out the application it took a day or so but they reached out and was able to get my baby taken care of. Everyone was friendly and patient with my 100 questions even after I dropped my baby off. I appreciate the time and kindness from everyone and for taking care of my little one. He's doing great. I dropped him off in the morning and picked him up that afternoon. I'm on the phone for my job and they didn't mind texting at all even when he was ready to be picked up.

We rescued a kitty that had been run over. We had no idea what a fighter this baby would turn out to be. It took a few weeks and some extra tlc to get her all fixed up. We are so grateful for this organization. Thank you for giving Butterscotch a chance at life and love. I would highly recommend donating to this organization for all that they do for the community.

I like everything they do at this place with the exception of cutting a cats ear half way off to identify they have been spayed or neutered they don't have to cut half the ear off all they had to do was notch it because they also put a tattoo on there belly please stop chopping off over 50% of a cats ear and take the time to put a smaller notch or just a lil bit

WARNING! DO NOT BRING ANY CATS HERE TO GET FIXED. THEY DO NOT PROPERLY SANITIZE OR SEPARATE THE FERAL CATS. I TOOK 4 FERAL CATS HERE IN FEBRUARY 2025 TO GET NEUTERED. THEY CONTRACTED A DEADLY PARASITE FROM ANOTHER FERAL THAT WAS THERE THAT DAY. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CATS I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I SAW. ALL THE CATS STACKED IN THEIR TRAPS RIGHT ON TOP AND NEXT TO EACH OTHER. THE TRAPS TOUCHING. THE PARASITE HAS SPREAD TO MY INDOOR CATS AND KILLED 2 AND INFECTED A PREGNANT WOMAN. THIS PARASITE HAS SPREAD NOW AROUND ALACHUA AND MARION COUNTY. I HAVE TAKEN THE CATS TO 2 DIFFERENT VETERINARIANS AND THEY HAVE BEEN TO THE UF EMERGENCY VET HOSPITAL FOR RECTAL PROLAPSE AND WERE EUTHANIZED. THEY HAVE COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND LIVES HAVE BEEN LOST FOREVER. BEWARE. THEY KNOW THESE FERALS CAN HAVE ANY PARASITE, ANY DISEASE. THEY KNOW IF THEY EVEN WENT TO ANY VET SCHOOLING THE RISKS OF NOT KEEPING EACH FERAL ISOLATED. THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE DISEASE I AM STILL BATTLING. NOT EVEN A FECAL TEST. BEWARE. I can tell anyone looking to help out their neighborhood or if you just need help with your kitty's these are the people you can put all your trust in I know I have time and time again where I live out in the rural country I end up rescuing cats of all ages and sizes from being dumped out in my area and they have always done a great job at helping me save spay and neuter all the cat I've brought and asked for help to save and let live out their lives in happiness and security they only work off of donations and the staff will welcome you with the kindest of hearts and you will leave there knowing your pets in the best of hands I can't say enough kind things about these people who give their time to help us and our animals I recommend them highly to everyone that needs help thanks to all at operation catnip thanks for all your...

This place was so absolutely awesome. Yes they ask for money but hey nothing in life is free even though they boast it is and yes it is but your not required. I've got a bunch of cats that I take care of outside they fixed all of them for free just had to jump through some hoops but they made it painless and I felt bad I didn't have more money to give them but hey I'm the only one working and on a strict budget. If you use them you should have same attitude yes they get donations but they're time skill and effort should get rewarded. They also have wellness clinics you can use to fix your fur babies at a SIGNIFICANT lower cost than a vet. I now take all my fur babies there I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE PEOPLE AND PLACE.
