On the day before Easter I purchased many items including two Easter dresses for my 4yr old. The cashier, DID NOT GIVE ME the BAG that contained my child’s dresses! I did not notice until after they had closed, as I had other errands to run. I AM LIVID! My daughter is crushed! They will be closed on Easter, along with most stores. I have never been so angry! Had they spent more time focused on customer service rather than trying to rush people out of the store, maybe I would have received ALL of my paid for items! She accused me of buying an item just to use it and then return it for the money. She tried to belittle me in front of other customers and staff because the tag was still on the item. I even had the receipt! I explained to her that I had only purchased the item less than 3 weeks ago and it had tore up. I guess she thinks because I'm black I just buy stuff to return it for the money. The store has a 30 day refund policy that states " if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just bring it back within 30 days with your receipt."
