I only gave them a star cause to leave a review you have to....The assistant manger on night shift has a very nasty attiude and takes her position to the head...I would Never eat there again even if they was giving it away.. I order my food fresh waited over ten minutes for what i thought would be fresh ..fries was so cold like they took them out the freezer and put them in the bag every condiment i didnt want was on the burger and my fish sandwhich was broken in piece so i came back thur the drive thur and thought i was going to get my food made the right way being i already paid my money.. She took the food back trashed it gave me some of my money back and shut the door so i got out and walked up to the window she tell me she not giving me my money slam the glass and told me to get away....i gave back the food so you so yo mean to tell me you not gone give me a full refund so she called the police cause i wouldn leave just long story short dont spend ya hard worked money here they act like you need them...i never been to a place that get mad cause you want your food that you pay for fresh she definitely in the wrong business...she wouldnt give me the gm number when i asked for it so when the police came she gave it to me then but when i called the number the next morning its like a fax machine so she gave me the wrong number..after this reveiw hpoefully i can get a real number to the gm or a response from some...

What a horrible experience. Typically, the automated machine takes your order. They was a young lady, with a pony tail, and bad teeth that took my order. She said it was cash only. Which was fine. When I get to the window, my total is $2 dollars higher than what it was supposed to be, so after being cashed out, I asked for my receipt. I notice that she upsized all my drinks, but kept them small. Left one of my meals off, that I had to order at the window, the gentleman didn’t upsize my drink. He asked me to pull up, which I did that’s when I noticed she did that. So, I went to the window, and asked her why was I charged for something and didn’t receive it number one, and then up charged without my permission! She acted like someone else did it, when I know for a fact it was her because she called me baby at the speaker as well. She then forgot one of my meals and I had to wait a little longer for it. Then , I get in the car to hand my children their food, I notice the fires barely have anything in them, so I had to take my children out of the car, and go back to the window. (THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. ) (I wasted $20 because it ended up going in the trash. )There’s no way this was a mistake, I’m pretty sure she’s stealing money and when I call the store no one answers. But, I will find a way to contact the corporate office because that was terrible! The picture below is...
