I've gotten all of my appliance parts at this company for years, when the older man and his wife owned and worked the store. They have always been nice and very eager to help with quick ordering or advice on a part. I've not needed a lot of parts, thankfully, but this place is much cheaper than the other local place and I can talk to a local person (whose in the store) when I call. This time I called and he didnt have the part in stock. I called the 'other place' and they didnt have it either. Theirs would ship for a fee and arrive in two days. I called Gainesville Appliance back and had him order it (no extra charge) and it would arrive in two days by 1 o clock. He called in the order so it would go in the system same day to assure two day arrival. I didnt have to prepay. The other place wanted $72 plus the delivery fee..Gainesville Appliance wanted $58. When I picked up the part, I bought two oven bulbs and the total, with bulbs was the same price as originally quoted for the oven part! It was cheaper than quoted! I want to give Phil at Gainesville Appliances Parts stote a HUGE SHOUT OUT for helping us out yesterday about getting our A/C Unit fixed! He was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction about getting it fix.

Also the technician, Matt (didn't catch his last name) that came out to our house to troubleshoot further was just as knowledgeable as Phil! Matt was down to earth and showed me exactly what he did to fix it and was a lifesaver on a Friday evening.
