Iron Accents — Local services in Gainesville

A year ago, we ordered hand-wrought iron brackets as supports for our new quartz breakfast bar. Iron Accents had contracted with an ironsmith in Montana to craft them, and even though they were made-to-order, we received them in a relatively short period of time. They were exactly as pictured on Iron Accents' website, and we were extremely pleased with the product, the price and, most importantly, the quality of personal customer service Iron Accents offerd.

Now, a year later, we once again needed a sturdy bracket from which to hang a working antique scale. I emailed Iron Accents with my request, not seeing the brackets I had previously ordered on their website. After sending the email, however, I decided to call them, and it was a lucky decision.

I talked with one of their excellent staff who asked me to send a photo of my brackets, which I did. She looked up my previous order, and said that she had a couple of one-off clearance brackets and thought one might be similar to mine. It was the exact bracket!!

They sold it to me at a fabulous discount, and sent it to me in record time. It holds and displays the antique scale beautifully.

Once again, Iron Accents demonstrated why they are the go-to site for excellent decor, accessories and furniture for the home and garden. Foremost, though, is the personal attention that each one of their staff gives to each and every client. I will be a customer of theirs for life!

I had been loking for a decorative fireplace screen for years, I could never find anything in the style I wanted that was also made of high quality materials, until I discovered Iron Accents. While searching online for screens, I stumbled onto the Iron Accents website. I was hesitant to invest in something that I wasn’t able to see first from a store I never heard of but went for it and I am so glad that I did! It is gorgeous and fits the french style I was looking for. It is a beautiful statement piece as well. I enjoyed having the various size and finish options to choose from to match my style. It has 3 panels on hidden hinges so you can easily adjust it to sit exactly the way you want. Nice and sturdy, it does not wobble. Online ordering was easy - the detailed online description, size options, finish options allowed me to design it to my taste. The screen was delivered earlier than promised. It was VERY well packaged and crated to avoid damage. It arrived in perfect condition. Easy to schedule a delivery time from driver. Overall I am beyond thrilled with my purchase and would definitely order from Iron...

Ordered a coat rack from this company that stated on the website that it was in stock and ready to ship. After a week, it did finally ship only to be re-directed back to the supplier. I contacted the company to inform them we needed to move on as we could not wait any longer. I was told that the item was already shipped again. I again began to track and once again, it never got to our home. It once again was sent back to the supplier. I asked that we receive a refund as now it is over a month since we ordered the item. I was told by Christin that a refund would be issued. Nothing, no refund. I emailed again to have this refunded, no reply and no refund. I have since issued a clawback of the charge through my credit card and apparently, the company will not even respond to them. Very poor experience and...
