I had been researching mods and tanks for a while and decided to stop by smoke city just to look. The guy helping me was very knowledgeable and so helpful that I ended up spending 150$ on the best of the best. I know I could have bought it online and saved 10 or 20$ and waited a week, but I could have ended up getting a fake product and a headache! I went home and couldn't figure my product out. I Started watching videos and reading reviews and ended up contacting the manufacturer. After figuring out that my product had an issue, I went back to smoke city and told the girl working my troubles with the product. She immediately went to trouble shooting, by switching batteries and tanks and mods until she figured out the problem. She contacted her boss and with in minutes I walked out with a brand new device and she spent extra time teaching me a few tips and tricks. This is why I spend a couple extra dollars and buy local. You get what you pay for! I walked away extremely happy and confident in the products I bought. I am so happy about my experience at this shop that I had to take the time and type my first review ever. I'm from Colorado. So, let me be clear: CBD is to marijuana as carob is to chocolate. But I currently live in Florida. It would be illegal and morally wrong to use THC until I get my med card. And I would never do that. But I have restless leg syndrome, so carob it is. My legs were hurting, so I went looking for some CBD. The first vape shop I went to was really classy, quite elegant. Who wants that in their vape shop? And they were out of CBD, so I went to Smoke City. There I found stickers, glassware, and all sorts of smoking accessories. There was a cool, hip vibe. Normally have good experiences here, but one employee made me want to leave a bad review.

Call the shop, ask “do you guys have the Orion DNA replacement pods in stock?”, he asks back to clarify “you mean the refillable pods?” I say yes, he says yes pretty quickly. I ask the price, he gives me a BS answer of “I can’t tell you the price over the phone, but it’ll be anywhere between 10-20 dollars” (AKA I don’t want to do my job right now but here’s a guess). I make the 15 minute drive to the store, let him know I’m the one who called about the pods. He gets immediately red faced and comes up with yet another BS answer, “ohhhhh man actually thought you meant the device itself, not the pods.” Basically the guy couldn’t be bothered to take the 10 steps to check the stock when I called, and basically wasted my time.
