Needed help as a first time tobacco pipe smoker. The guy there took time to show me how to properly fill the bowl (by filling it for me), showed me how to use the tamper, reccomended some starter tobacco, and let me try one of their in-house blends for free. They also have a pretty decent walk-in humidor, considering how small the place is and where it's located on South Water. If you live in the area and need cigars or pipe smoking supplies, you should definitely give them a try. I'll be...

Wow this place is amazing since jiggy and his parents took over after the last owners. I never have to worry if my tobacco is in stock, because they make sure to keep everything stocked up for there customers. You get a positive attitude feeling when you walk...
