Small country diner with great atmosphere. Always looking for a good country breakfast. Was almost 11am on Sunday morning when we arrived. Only one table available. After looking at a hugh variety of choices, we choose the two eggs any style. I ordered sunnyside up eggs with sausage and biscuit and gravy. My wife ordered over medium with bacon and biscuit and gravy. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Sunnyside up had the white solid and not scorched on the bottom to get them done. Over medium were just as well cooked. The bacon was a little under cooked for my wife. She likes her bacon crispy. My sausage was well cooked and had a good flavor. The biscuits were good. The gravy was a little thick, which was ok with me, but my wife likes hers a little thinner, but it had a good flavor. The home fries were the only disappointment. We like our potatoes crispy. These were a little under cooked with a little crunch in the center were they were not cooked all the way. The prices were a good surprise. We both ate breakfast and had a beverage for $15.50, tax included. All in all, it was a very enjoyable breakfast.

I was back at Old Glory here in Gallatin on June 25th, 2022. It's our local community diner and it's always the best. As I posted in my picture, I got my favorite breakfast, the Old Glory Breakfast. My wife, Leslie had the Pancake Breakfast. I'm am fully retired now, my wife works from home. We love Ms. Nancy, Brandi, Christi, and the whole staff at Old Glory. One of our great places to eat in town. I look forward to one day they will be able to return to being open past 2 PM for the Evening Meal. It was convenient for us!

Fine food. Nothing special. But very friendly service. It’s a tiny little diner. But the prices are great. So I would tech give 3.5 stars! I got a 4oz ribeye that was fine but a little over cooked, 2 eggs not cooked like I asked but close (nobody ever gets over medium eggs right) hash browns (I asked to be crispy and they were almost) and an ok (at best) biscuit with gravy. Like I said food was fine. Service was good. Price will cause me to go back. Haha.

Formerly under the name "Stars 'n Stripes", This is one of the few "Ma 'n Pa" diners in Gallatin, TN. I've been brought here several times since I was a little kid and have enjoyed it ever since. The service by the Waitresses here is some of the best you will find in all of Tennessee, while the food is okay for the price. They're currently trying to match the portions a little better with what you pay, but that's to be expected, gotta change things up every once in a while. The only massive complaint I have about this place would be the cooks, considering they always want to argue with the Waitresses/Servers infront of the customers. They recently had a slump where the food was coming out rather poorly, but they seem to have picked it up a little better. I highly recommend coming here, and if you get bad service, just let Sam know and he'll get it resolved. And I also recommend sitting on the left side of the Restaurant, the better of the already great servers tend to...

I took my Mom here for breakfast this morning. Our waitress was great. The orders arrived quickly, were cooked perfectly and the portion size was decent. The only reason that I took away a star was because we both ordered steaks (mine being a 10oz ribeye and my Mom's being an 8oz sirloin). They were both prepared fine; however, the quality of the meat was below "select grade." The meat was tough and lacked flavor and juiciness. We weren't expecting prime or even choice meats but had hoped for a better quality than what was served. That said, I would still recommend Old Glory and I will be back myself. I'll just order something other than the steak and...
