CHAIRS BY BILL — Local services in Galveston

I've stopped by numerous times and looked. Set in many of their chairs. On 8-1-22 stopped in. Last time I stopped which was a week before they were booked out for 4 weeks. Nevertheless I stopped like I said. Talked to a guy named Brian, believe was his name. He remembered me from before. I asked and yep still booked. I asked if there was a way I could buy a chair and assemble it at my house because there was no way one put together would fit. He asked how long I was staying and my answer of just one night was definitely not the answer he was wanting to hear..he asked what time I would be leaving and told him. He said ok we'll have you one. Honestly with the amount of work they had going I'm was sure no sooner I drove off he would forget. Next day I arrived as I said. He saw me and said "got your chair pieces ready". Yep I was pleasantly surprised he was good on his word. That doesn't happen much these days. I paid and he help load it up. He also marked lines on the pieces so I would know how it's to be put together. After at least 7 years I got a Chair by Bill or Brian...

Absolutely in love with their work. We found this place by accident when we stayed in Crystal beach with the kids back in may. We stopped in out of interest and saw the demo book at the desk. Ordered online via Facebook messenger. We are in arlington, almost 5 hours out and they did all they could to accommodate us to come right away! It was my schedule that kept messing us up! Finally made it out to pick up and couldn’t be more impressed. They are sturdy heavy duty guys, and will last longer than this pool surface will, that’s for sure 😂 I wish we lived closer so we could get some of this amazing carpentry work done by them. Nobody does it like they do. I am super jealous of the folks who have had their services in Crystal beach! Thank you again you guys! I promise when I order more I will come immediately!!! Worth the drive and worth the wait, I won’t by any patio stuff...

I love this place. They are amazing carpenters, and create one sturdy amazing product line. My only grips is they are so far from me! Definitely worth the drive from DFW for a quality product. It gets so hot and humid in DFW, rather than buy ANOTHER set of Adirondack chairs that will probably fall apart before December anyway we opted to take the opportunity to try Bill’s. Now we won’t buy patio furniture anywhere else again! They’re treated wood products are hand built and can be special ordered and customized in some cases, and I know these will still be around for multiple years to come. They explained the correct way to paint them and when is the best time to do so, basic maintenance (there’s not much!). I would recommend them to anyone for anything that can be procured...
