Galveston Caszatt Condos — Local services in Galveston

I was on a girls weekend trip with five of my friends. The unit that we rented was amazing. We went to the pool area and wanted to use the grills that were there. They were so nasty that we decided to cook upstairs instead and one did not work at all. One of the ladies that was with us was speaking to a gentleman that lived there year around and he stated that he pay's almost $1,000.00 a month in HOA fee's.

Now again, I do not live there and we were only renting. But if you are paying that much a month in HOA fees I feel like there needs to be no issues at all with the building. There were several places on the walkway on our floor (10) that needed to be patched. There were several bad spots in the parking lot that could have been repaired. They are doing repairs to the front of the building and they may be addressing the other issues as well. It would be a major perk to have an Ice Machine for the guest as well. This beautiful oceanfront condo is our favorite place to stay in Galveston. The location is perfect. The view is a totally unobstructed, gorgeous ocean view! We love to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves, that's how we start our day and usually end our day. Babe's Beach is directly across Seawall and the owners of the condo have chairs and beach toys in the condo for our use (so easy!!)

The condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The master bedroom has a balcony that faces the ocean. The furniture is updated and comfy and the kitchen is perfect for preparing a great meal. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The condo is clean and very quiet.

The complex is in a great location and close to all the wonderful restaurants on Seawall! The owners of this unit have another unit at By the Sea, so be sure to check availability for both units when you come to Galveston. It is our first choice in rentals BY FAR!! It's refreshing to find a vacation rental host who cares so much about her guest's comfort and Cat has definitely mastered this. The location is perfect, the views are incredible, the accommodations are decorated with a beachy vibe and relaxing style and furniture and amenities kept in great shape.
