Hired IC because I observed his work next door. Waiting a week and 1/2 and was delayed for a couple days (rain).

Finally shows up with a sub-par contractor to do work. Said 'my plate is too full' and thought could bring someone in. Told him 'I Hired you'... And not a Sub.

No apology and now abandoned.

Will never do business with this individual again. Unethical and dishonest.

Wow, a response after several weeks. You stood in front of me with a different sub (that you brought in) because 'you didn't have time...' and then both of you disappeared! That's called ABANDONMENT!
