Magnolias Flower Shop — Local services in Garden City

Words cannot describe the embarrassment, hurt, and disappointment I felt sending the arrangements in the first picture to my mother for her 70th birthday. If you expand you can see just how wilted and destroyed the smaller flowers are. I’m disgusted.

I wanted to follow up on my initial review to share how quickly and graciously the florist representative, Sam, reached out to me after my experience. Sam contacted me almost immediately, showing genuine kindness, empathy, and humility. He sincerely apologized for the situation, explained what happened, and took full responsibility without making excuses.

Not only did Sam arrange for a replacement bouquet, but he also thoughtfully added a box of chocolates to make things right. The new arrangement (shown in the 2nd picture below) was absolutely beautiful and arrived just in time for my mother’s special day! His swift response and heartfelt approach truly turned the entire experience around.

I had a terrible time with two flower shops this Valentine's Day so when I got incredible flowers from Magnolia for myself, I was really impressed. My sister sent me flowers from the Magnolia Shop and I tell you I don't know if I have seen a bigger or more healthy rose. These are huge. I don't know why but they reminded me of Alice in Wonderland. They are giant roses and so beautiful. And thank goodness no assembly required. The roses came upright in a nice vase and had already been watered. Number two good point, nothing was crushed to death either. I think the hot pink are my favorite. I don't really live near Garden City but I was so happy these came to me. In the future I will personally be looking to do business...

Best flower shop I've been to! Jad is the one who helped me and he is so amazing! He literally will go above and beyond to help you out. I just got off work it was like maybe closer to 5 and I asked if he could still deliver because I didn't get a chance earlier to come by. He said yes right away! He said even if his delivery guy wasn't there, he would hand deliver it himself. He is the sweetest guy and seems like he loves what he does! He is also so positive love that! Especially when you go in he is all smiles, some flower shops I have been all give this conceded attitude! But here it's the complete opposite! Always will be a customer here....
