This location seems to have staffing issues every other day. What is the purpose of being 24 hours if they can just pick & choose when they would like to serve food because “they were scheduled alone & don’t know if someone else will pull up within 10 seconds” mind you its 5:30 AM SO MUCH HUSTLE & BUSTLE OUTSIDE AT THAT TIME😒 as someone who worked in food service for many years the proper thing to do would be let the customer know that they are short staffed & to pls be patience as they try to accommodate them. Not to tell me “we not serving breakfast until 6 when it’s more people here” and also proceed to tell me if I wanted a bagel she could “put it in the bag for me type thing but thats about it” she didn’t even want to toast a bagel & put cream cheese on it. Read moreThere are several Tim Hortons around me. 1 that takes 2 minutes, 2 that take approximately 7 minutes in opposite directions, then this one that is 12 minutes from me. I've found this one uses the best ingredients, they're pretty consistent with the way the drinks are made. Others are hit and miss on whether your order is going to turn out good or not. Some days the drink could be decent, other times, it's just made so wrong. This location though, you're going to get what you want, made right about 9 out of 10 times. Which is much better than the other local locations. The staff is also very friendly. I just wish you could tip when using a card. Read moreNormally I love this Tim Hortons they always make my coffee right and a large is actually a large but today 9-12-2020 @1:10pm I go in there and they have all basically new employees in the back and no one is wearing a mask and they’re having conversations with each other ignoring the customers and taking way too long.I’m very disappointed because this is one of my favorite Tim Hortons I will usually drive out of the way to go to there but if they keep that up I will no longer go there.
