I was always happy with my treatments. Dr miller is awesome and some of the nurses my last two treatments I had a bad experience. One of the technicians went over my tattoo on a laser hair removal and it was painful. When I asked the technician she said she didn’t went over it and covered it with a gauze, no tape so it kept falling off. It was red and swollen for a few days I did told the nurse and Dr miller they said it will be fine, it’s been a month and my tattoo has not healed completely it feels bumpy and it has a scab. My last morphious treatment was very uncomfortable as well, that was not my first treatment the technician was not rude but she was also very dry about the way I felt. This was my third treatment and I was explained by another nurse over the phone after I put a complaint that it was completely normal for me to have the type of reaction I was having. My face was constantly twitching and it was extremely painful I had to stop treatment which I never had before. The nurse was very argumentative with me when I told her that maybe the technician needed a little more training and we were arguing over the phone for almost an hour. She told me she didn’t understand what I needed and that her technician did everything right. They offered me to finish my last treatment like two months later and offered me other types of medication for pain my appointment is soon coming but I don’t even want to go, this treatments are very expensive and my last treatment did more harm than good to my face and well one of the reasons why I didn’t even want to talk about my tattoo with them anymore is because I feel that when I put a complaint it’s an argument of who is right and who is wrong and well it seems like to them I’m in the wrong. I also had a Micc shot a few times it worked but the last time I got it the spot was numb for months, and I don’t even feel like calling and say anything because I don’t feel like arguing if I’m right or wrong, they probably gonna say it’s normal. but hopefully everyone else has a better experience than me. I wish that in the app they gave you a choice of who to book your appointment with because she has some great staff. In my opinion some of the new technicians need...

I live two hours away from Garden City, so I really researched Dr. Miller before I booked a consult. It was a great decision to see her! She was thorough in explaining what services would be most beneficial for me as well as addressing all my concerns. She was professional and upbeat and made me feel very comfortable. Today I returned for Botox and fillers as we had discussed. I am very scared of needles, but she was awesome in her strategies to minimize pain, and I barely felt a thing! Dr. Miller and staff are amazing! They treat you as if you are family, always very kind and friendly. Dr. Miller always takes your concerns regarding yourself and analyzes what she can do to fix the issues and get the best results for you. I always leave feeling 100% better than when I arrived.
