La Playa Dorada — Restaurant in Garden City

First and last time to eat here. In the middle of my meal, a bug crawled out of my food. Informed the waitress and she asked if I meant it flew into my food. I explained to her that I saw it crawl out of my enchilada. She did take my plate and offer another serving to which I declined. I did not pay for the meal and was informed they do have an issue with bugs coming in and out of the kitchen. Also, my friend's husband went to the restroom and a cockroach crawled across the floor.
