The only reason i gave thus place 1 star is because i had to !!! The older lady and man working there i think the man was the manager and the lady had some grey in her hair. They have no name tags on of course. But i am ordering 2 combo meals one of them is for my 14 year old daughter and her friend to share and 1 is for me and my husband to share. So i also order 2 medium drinks so everyone will have a drink. Anyway we are done ordering and it come to 33.45 for 2 combo sandwiche meal with drinks but are givin only 1 extra drink makeing it a total of 3 drinks instead of 4. Then she argues with me and says no there is no other drink i will get that what i have is correct and after argueing with the man now for another 15 minutes explaining to him what i ordered at least a dozen times. He says we only owe ypu 1 drink and i was flabergasted to say the least. Im like that is what i explauned to yoyr assustant and you over and over again!!!! After all that he hands me a drink cup....wow wow wow to say the very least...i will nevr eat here again if it was free thank you but no thank you plus there was food on the floor and it sat there during our whole 45 minute experiance and was not cleaned up! Im very dissapointed in subway over this, i have never had a iccident at a subway before this one. These people made my experiance here...

I came in to order a Footlong meatball and the "sandwich Artist" Beatriz put 7 meatballs on my sub I asked if she could put another one in there because we'll that's what I always get and theres 8 balls on the sub She rolled her eyes and said that "there's a half one in there " I told her If she could add a regular one and she went and rolled her eyes again as she reached for the meatballs First of all why would she not just add the meatball, and what's with the attitude? Did u make the meatballs from home and brought them with you? I don't understand Then I asked the other lady miss Monse to finish my sandwich Monse was excellent and I even asked her if they were running low on meatballs as a joke and we both laughed Beatriz went on and mumbled something in Spanish thinking I don't speak it And told her I'd let someone know she's calling people names in Spanish without thinking they can understand BEATRIZ said "I didn't say anything I have a witness" Rude attitude completely ruined this subway for me and I was there 3 times a week

   Read moreThey need to train their employees on how to handle mobile orders. The app said that they were âpreparingâ the meal, after walking in, I noticed that they clearly were not. After letting them know I had a mobile order, they just continued taking walk ins. Ok, so maybe one walk in ahead of mine wouldnât be a big deal. Nope, as I was sitting there clearly waiting for my order that should have been done almost 30 minutes ago, they just continue on with taking walk ins. The whole point of mobile food apps is to âskip the line.â Cmon people!!!
Edit: Computer not working for coupons. Was conveniently told about this AFTER sandwiches were made. I only go here with coupons as food is not worth the full price.
