The Moo Restaurant -Garden Grove — Restaurant in Garden Grove

The place could have easily taken a five stars from me but there were some small problems that I wanna share over here.

In total the foods were really good, eyes catching presentation and well seasoned. The portion was also big and the price was kinda reasonable and affordable. I read some comments that complained about the price is too expensive. However, please get used to it, the economy is not the same anymore.

The first problem we had is that they are selling Gelato with many flavors but somehow they not allow you to have a sample??? I meant c'mon people, giving the customer one tiny piece of sample doesn't kill anyone. It will also help you to sell more flavor.

The second problem was customer service. It looks like because they are new restaurant so they don't have enough worker. I can see one employee doing everything and he wasn't really friendly at all. No matter how good your foods are; if you don't treat your customers well, no one want to return.

Overall it was a great place to eat out and enjoy some good foods. Will be back here soon and hope they improve the...

I stopped by for 1 combination beef pho plus 1 bowl of oxtail. It tastes just like home made NO MSG because they cooked with rich broth! I notice those Pho restaurants with established reputation don't care much and stick to their MSG way to make more profit because they know they already have alot of customers.

My point is we gotta come to support new restaurants like The Mooo because they always try for the best and cook authentic with no MSG so that they can gain customers. The beef noodle pho looks so clean and tastes like home made. Therefore I don't get thirsty after eating at the Mooo as after eating at other reputable restaurants who cook with heavy MSG. Don't be lazy, be open mind and come to Garden Grove try and support them !! Stop eating MSG in Westminster! Sorry I didn't take a picture because I didn't plan to give a review until I go online and see only 3 stars rating. How could a good restaurant is only 3 stars? Then I decided to give a 5 stars review...

So I saw this restaurant in TikTok and tried when I was in town. The food: We order total of 4 dishes 3 dishes came out the the food was okay to me. Nothing really impressive or like how to advertise in TikTok but it’s not too bad as well. We finished all 3 dishes and waited for our 4th one. Wait and wait almost 30 minutes passed and nothing came out. I went to the register to pay the service told us “ your 4th dishes didn’t come out yet right? I won’t charge you for it “ I looked at him and smile and thinking to myself “ Well they knew but didn’t even said anything to us” oh well overall it’s a try.

The restroom: Speechless how dirty the restroom is. Sticky floor and the mirror I have to say OMG I have to to use the toilet paper to clean the mirror to see myself…. I don’t mind the food quality, the missing one of our item but the restroom…. NO Am I coming back? Most...
