Purchased a lottery ticket (chose numbers) and 1 quick pick. The young staff gave me 2 quick picks. I told him it was wrong, he argued me down. Called police on me. I waited, police came and another customer gave me $8 claiming it was from the staff. I took the money. But thats very poor business. Im never going to use them for lottery...andvi dont think anyone else should either. Poor customer service. Tried to locate the uncles or fathers tgat work there, but none was around. Who ever owns this business needs to fire the Hispanic guy that works there. Short with a neck tattoo. Never working. He locks the front door and yells at people to go around. I’ve seen him drinking in the back before. Trying to buy items and he tells me to hold on while he stocks the store while I’m being harassed by a drunk gentleman in the store. Unsafe and the employee is under the influence while working.
